This location was terrible. No one was available to assist at 10:45 though they were open at 9. I was able to check in online but had to get the keys from inside. Finally, someone answered the door and stated he could not assist because he was on a conference call. I had to beg him to give me the keys. The Uhaul had an obvious transmission issue, and I was very concerned about driving it. We also rented 3 dollys that were not provided. Upon return, he called me after dropping it off and stated that he was going to charge me $150 because the gas was low. He stated it had a quarter tank but it was very close to E when I picked it up.. He threated that if I do not return to fill the tank, I would be charged a lot of money. Honestly, I felt very uncomfortable with this person and will never return. I plan to file a formal complaint. I did not pick this location and was assigned it without my consent.

The young man at the facility was rude, he didn't explain anything to me. I assumed the dolly was in the truck something told me to pull over and check. No dolly and truck I had to drive back to get it. When I looked at the fuel the paperwork said it was a three-quarter tank put the fuel gauge showed me 5/8 of a tank and when I told him. He asked me why didn't you get the text message. Again nothing was explain to me. It was very frustrating and I didn't like being talked to as a child. He could've been a little bit more friendlier. He didn't know my situation and what I was going through. He needs to be more sensitive towards the customers. If I ever need a U-Haul I will definitely not go back there

Jose was very nice and helpful and renting the truck was easy. Also, when I needed to adjust things, the agent that helped me online was also very nice and helpful. U-Haul made my move so much easier!

The receptionist(Jose) was rude from the start. I can tell based on his demeanor, he hates his job and maybe life, but don't take it out on your customers, buddy. Uhaul, You don't want someone like him representing your company/business

Rate was not informed clearly before dispatch and cost was surprisingly high in the end. Customer service was not pleasant. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

The gas gauge is not accurate and I ended up putting a lot more gas than I should have into the tank. I was told to top off. I drove 22 miles and I'm not sure how I ended up needing to put 5.2 gallons of gas into the van.

The person at this location said that he works for the storage and not uhaul and his attitude stinks, and the process to return is he van is a pain in my â€"- it takes longer to ck in the vehicle other locations do it quickly and they stay open later. The creating an account with a pass word takes too long and we use it maybe once a month. The counter clerk gave us a dirty van and when he said he was going to clean it he yelled out a spray bottle and shot it on the wind shield and a couple of other places and ok now it's clean but the whole vehicle was never washed. The young man attitude sure is a disappointment and will never return there again.

The equipment had a few warning lights on and the location was horroble. I ordered a 9 feet van at 8am and when I got there 8:30 it I couldn't pick it up on line and had to wait for an hour with my helper. There was a person in the office and refused to help until 9:30 even after the customer serviced talked to him on speaker phone.

The window looked clean until it was hit by the sun at which point I could only see the streaks and dirt. It was dangerous because my vision was impaired. I was nowhere near a gas station to pull over and clean.

Keep up the great customer service. Chris is awesome. I wish there was somebody working when ai returned my van on Friday afternoon around 2pm. However, online return process is fast and have a same result. Snap pics of the odometer, cabin, back and you are done. Will use U-Haul rental from this place again in the future.

They gave me the truck, the gas didn't match the checkin info. I submitted via the link they sent me that it was incorrect and submitted a photo with it. All the location does is say take it up with Uhaul. Uhaul phone just disconnects as they tell you to hold, the chat just keeps telling me to send photos that have already been sent.

The guy working at the place was so kind and friendly and helpful! He should get a raise for outstanding customer focus and demeanor. He cared about my experience. The app checkin was not working correctly and he came out to help me get checked in and on my way. I didn't ask. He just did it. Van worked great and did its job. It was pretty beat up, but I got done what I needed to and was charged a fair amount. I booked this less than an hour from pickup time! As usual, U-Haul came through and will continue to get my business. In the future. Thank you

Psa storage was great. Uhaul made me get more verifications at the pickup location. This wasted an hour of my moving day. Would have been better to ask for additional info in the previous 48 hours of my reservation. Uhaul's system prevented the psa storage employee from helping me. And rendered the mobile pickup completely useless as I had to go inside the office. The Uhaul online return is a hassle especially after a long day of moving.

My only issue was that I didn't get the hand truck that I ordered. But I received a prompt call when Kim realized that she didn't provided me one and offer for me to pick it up or give me a credit for the hand truck. During the return process it ask to take a photo of the hand truck (dolly) which I could not because I didn't get one to begin with. The name of the person that help me was Kim. She is very friendly and provided great advice.

I've been choosing Uhaul for 6 years and this is my first time to realize I need to record a video when I return everything. I never thought the guy I returned the van and dolly forgot I return them to him. And the most ridiculous things is I returned everything to him face to face. Thanks to the manager, he is very patient and helped me out. The guy working there does not have enough qualification to work there. I wont visit there anymore unless they get some improvement.
