The AC of the truck did not work as we drove through 100+ weather. The drop off site was locked up and the trucks were to be parked in a residential street risking damages. The drop box was older and looked like an unsecure place to leave keys and contract with personal information.

Returning the trailer was stressful and again unorganized as we had to leave on the street with very little options for parking. Would not recommend this place of business ever.

Maria L.I wasnt even told where the van was just assumed it was the only one outside. The worst of all was the van was not charged and died on me after I loaded up to relocate my things. I had to wait in the 80 degree temperature, from 10 am til 3pm for someone to come and charge the battery from the city of Vernon (70 ) miles away form my location. Very horrible experience.

charles B.My husband and I have been using U-Haul our entire adult lives, and this has been the worst experience we've had yet. I have noticed in the past few years that using U-Haul third-party businesses has been the worst experience without a doubt with U-Haul corporation. It boils down to everything from customer service to equipment and even to fraudulent charges, and etc. I do believe that the U-Haul corporation and or company itself when represented by itself or is a better overall experience. Unfortunately due to the consecutive bad experiences that I have had the past few years with U-Haul I will no longer be using them again. And I would like to again repeat my previous statement, we are life-long customers and I'm not sure exactly where we lost our U-Haul consistency as far as service or service goes and everything else involved and running with u haul business but something is missing. I would really appreciate if I could speak to someone about the last few experiences with U-Haul, and how the experience was not only unacceptable but costly and in an unethical way. I'm disappointed and I can only hope that someone representing the company and or corporation will care enough to make it right and to keep life long loyal customers. Sincerely Mr. And Mrs. Walker

JUSTIN R.This location is basically a power equipment supply house with a limited U-Haul rentals, but they had what we needed, the staff is very friendly and helpful and assured that the trailer we rented was hooked up correctly and assured safely. It's a small location, but it serves the purpose.

Jeremy J.Very small mechanic shop, no one to help answer phones. He would be in the middle of helping me, and stop and take calls, assisting them answering questions while we stand there. Although I did everything online like it says to do, he still went through the entire process anyway. Trailer was filthy, mud everywhere (he did apologize) I didn't agree with being charged for 2 days, when I actually used in one day. Charged 2 days because of their hours. Saturday they open at 0900 and close at noon, so you have no choice but to drop it off the best day.
Bruce L.The facility had not opened even though it was time to be open. I had to call and ask them to open the gates as we were parked outside. Even though we had a reservation and had entered all info online the day before, the man at the counter of a poorly maintained facility was slow, repetitive, and took 30 minutes to find our reservation and check us in. He reentered every piece of information that had already been done online the day before and then pushed us to the brink of frustration trying to add on services.

Make it so you don't need to check out with your app but that you can check out with a physical person at the counter and dont use the verification method that forces customers to recieve a link to take a photo of their ID.

Currently the kind people at the San Bernardino facility is trying to get me a discount which I truly deserve. I personally will more than likely never again use this company. DAVID H.The trailer smelled like pot when I opened it up. Their is poor lighting in this area and me and my girlfriend did not feel safe. Very scetchy people in the area. There was even a group of 3 guys that were punching each other on their way to the key box on the side street and if was pitch black. My request was to drop off in a Menifee not in Perris so I had to drive even farther which cost me more in fuel cost and I could not get a hold of a live person when I called U-Haul

steve M.My husband picked up the trailer. I asked ahead of time if it was ok and if I need to change the reservation. I was told it was ok for him to pick it up. The person gave him a very hard time along with attitude. He was calling and talking to someone walking away instead of explaining if there was an issue. I was flying back in town when my husband called me. I called the Moreno valley location whom I had spoken to and they called the Perris location. He then formed my husband the reservation needed to changed to his name. That was ok but the charges was still placed on my card. I also ordered the smaller trailer but the location did not have it. I was told I would be up grated for the same price, I was charged the higher price. I was also charge for the insurance in which I had declined if before. I do not have a issue with my card being charged but if it was a issue for my husband to pick it up in my name but not a issue with charging my card.

Jose A.Upon arrival there was someone ahead. The employee made no communication or greeted anyone that walked in. I waited more than 30 minutes to be next without a single word from the employee. I would not recommend or use this place again.

Erika S.The location is a broken down junkyard. It was a dirt lot with junk all over, I wasn't sure I was at the right place but I did see the Uhaul sign, otherwise I would have left. I've rented vans before and this was the dirtiest. The inside of the van was somewhat clean but the outside was filthy. I have pictures if you'd like to see them. If this is the only place to rent a Uhaul, I'll pass on the rental.
