william T.This place was very well kept and looked very professional. As soon as I arrived someone was there as I backed in to unhook the trailer. When I had it parked the man unhooked the trailer for me and was very kind. They have a nice open lot and plenty of trailers.

DANNY L.Not very happy that I had a reservation for a truck in Clarksville tn for the previous day and wasn't told till I got there that there wasn't a truck to pick up. Then had to drive 2 hours to cookeville the next day just to pick up this uhaul after being delayed by you guys for a whole day. The only thing y'all did was giving me extra likes, which was used just to pick the truck up and 100 dollars off. I think another 100 off would make more sense. But terrible experience overall. Wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone moving.

Edward B.Don't lie and hire better staff and the guy that helped us was Lazy and didn't want to get up and check the miles on the truck and it didn't want to check the truck back in when we dropped it he charged us way more then our contact said we would be charged. He was very very rude to us. We put down a deposit of $101 we turned the truck back in 2 and half hours before Our time was up. I would never tel any of my friends and or family to go here not even my worst Enemy!!! Get better staff. And not lazy people!!'

Matthew C.I continually have problems with uhaul.com. Most recently, during check-in, the sliding gas meter tool read 1/4 full, which was accurate to the truck, so I accepted and moved to the next page. Everything seemed fine until drop off, when the owner noticed it said I changed it from 1/4 to 13/16 full. I am 100% certain I did not select that, nor would I have any reason to. Maybe some sort of bug in that page. If he hadn't noticed that, I would have been charged for not filling 9/16 of the tank, which would have been substantial. online pick-up times are consistently only available at inconsistent times or after hours, like 9pm-5am. This makes online reservation nearly impossible at times.

SHIRLEY R.Always fill the gas tanks up to full. It is difficult to gauge how much gas to put back into the tank if the vehicle is rented out with 7/8 or 3/4 of a tank. I didn't have that problem with the Poston Station location but I did have that problem with the Storage Girl location. The truck was rented to me with 3/4 of a tank. So when refueling the tank to turn it back in, I had to guess how much to pump into the tank, I overfilled passed the 3/4 of a tank and almost filled it all the way back up, costing me around an extra $20. This is after pumping gas in and then checking the gauge twice to try to get it right. Doing that held up the other gas station customers along with the aggravation of trying to guess how much to put back into the truck. But of course there is no incentive for U-Haul to do this. Your company only profits more by people accidentally overfilling the tanks. The next person to rent the truck has to guess how much to put back into the truck and if they accidentally don't put enough gas in then they are charged $6 a gallon, nearly double the price at the pump. And then if they go past the amount then they find themselves out of pocket again. It's a lose lose situation for the customer. You should really think about this, it's a simple solution for the customers and eliminates the guessing game for both the renter and the rentee. This would solve many disputes and it's a simple solution. U-Haul needs to make this a policy for all of their locations. I can see the advertisements saying “When you rent at U-Haul you always start your move with a full tank!†Thank you for paying attention to this advice. David Robinson 931-319-5942
