Harry SMy problem was not with the location but the truck. No way that truck is a “gentle ride”. You think roads are smooth, but in a U-Haul you can feel every bump and seam.

Jason SThe reason for 3 stars is the 2 hour delay due to trying to get the keys for the truck... I will never do a rental over the phone again...And then upon returning the truck the same grueling mess again...Everything from taking multiple pictures...recording millage and pictures of everything on the truck...I have rented multiple times from Mr Poston....They are very efficient and kind!!...But this technology system is the worst!!

Paul SI was originally scheduled to drop off at Smart Storage located at 690 S Jefferson Ave in Cookeville, TN but I could not find this location. It is hidden behind a strip mall and there is no decent signage indicating a UHaul facility. Very frustrating experience at 9pm . . .I had to take it over to Postons, instead.

Mark KOther than the blankets and having to travel from Benton to Conway to get the truck, the UHaul moving experience was excellent once again.
DAVID KOverall average for UHaul. Used this location twice. Both time the check out process took a long time. No one in line this time, pre-registered and it still took 35 minutes.
