We didn’t revive the truck we reserved, the check in process was supposed to be all online and when my husband arrived it was a cluster mess. And we ended up getting charged for stuff we didn’t get.

The service at the location was fine I turned it back in the same night and it took money out of my account saying i didn’t turn it in on time but I did and guy there says he forgot to mark it as turned in and I didn’t receive my money back.

Early pickup prior to operating hours would not work with the app on my phone. I had to wait a couple of hours for general pickup. Return process worked very well and final payment calculation made this a positive process

The owners/operators of this store are polite, erudite and go out of their way to ensure that everyone who walks through the door, leaves happy, satisfied and knowing they received a good value for their money. As long as I live in this area, and the doors to this business are open, I will continue to utilize this business.

My experience at the Zebulon location was great. The Thomas than 21st century location, that cost me $300, and a hotel room stay because they didn’t have their shit together, not so much

Second time either renting from or returning to this location and the staff was helpful with the hitching/unhitching process both times. They also had their trailers on contraptions which kept the customers from having to lift all the way from the ground.

Fix the online process. I completed all the steps (info, data, loading my drivers license, etc) only to have to do it again at the store. Third time renting with Uhaul in the last few years, third time the online process did not work. Fix it or delete it.

The only problem we encountered was a bad tire on the car hauler. We saw it before it blew out so all worked out. The service provider was awesome and showed up earlier than estimated. It would be most helpful if the trucks had cruise control. Traveling without it makes for an uncomfortable drive on long distances. Ir would have been better if the tire on the trailer has been checked before we got the trailer. We hadn't gone very far before we saw the tire was damaged.

When renting a uhaul one way and out of state, don't ask where you will be returning uhaul because most cases are that we are not that familiar with city going to.

Truck smelled of cigarettes ash tray was full of cigarette butts and ashes and only had half a tank of gas.

The entire process from reservation to pickup to drop-off was surprising easy and trouble-free! The truck was clean, easy to load, easy to drive, easy to see out of and had plenty of power for load! I was a little apprehensive about process going in but pleasantly surprised throughout the process!

There was no inspection done on the truck. After driving about 4 miles the tire on the U-Haul blew out and I had to wait 3 hours for roadside assistance to come and fix it. Was a total inconvenience of my day.
