This isn't actually a review of the location, but since there's no place to review U-Haul's corporate performance, this is my only option. I had no problems with either the pickup or drop off location, but my experience with U-Haul, the company, was terrible. The problems started when I arrived to pick up the truck at 7:30 and found out for the first time that I had to provide additional identity verification, something not mentioned on the app or any of the information sent to me beforehand. Most of the available options were documents that neither I nor anyone else regularly carries, but fortunately one was to provide a phone number for someone else so I did that. After about 10 minutes, I was finally approved for the rental. This was something that, had I known it was required, I obviously could have done in advance, in a comfortable setting, rather than in a parking lot on the side of a busy highway. Then, when I tried to complete the rental, my card was declined. I tried two other cards, and they were also declined. I called customer service and, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was told "the system was down" and I just had to wait until it came back up, whenever that might be. I went back home, where I discovered the app wasn't working. After waiting on hold another 10 minutes, I was told that you have to be at the pickup location to access the payment screen. I was also told that if I went back to the location after it opened, and the app still wasn't working, they would be able to process my payment. I asked several times, in several ways, to confirm this, and the representative assured me that this would work. I returned to the pickup location when they opened at 9, and the processing system still was down. When I went in to complete the transaction, the manager said she could not complete the transaction after all. Eventually, the the processing system was fixed, and I was able to rent the truck over two hours late. I understand that computers sometimes fail and software has bugs that may not appear for years, but that's why there should be redundancy. If U-Haul's main system goes down, they should have a backup way to complete orders. My other complaints are relatively minor but reinforce my opinion. First, the dolly and pads I had ordered were not in the truck, so i had to go back inside to get them. (In this regard, the delay was a bit of a blessing in disguise, since I wouldn't have been able to get the tools before 9.) Second, the truck was dispatched to me with 1/8 tank of gas, but the contract said that if I returned it with less than 1/4 tank, I would be fined $30.00, and I was given a "fuel credit" of $0.00. So basically, this multi-billion-dollar company was gouging me for $10.00 worth of gas. After this experience, I can't imagine ever renting from U-Haul again. They may have gotten their $10.00 of gas, but they lost any chance of my repeat business.

Philip mThe attendant failed to secure the trailer to my vehicle. I could have killed myself or someone else when the trailer started swaying side to side and jerking. She apologized, but what is an apology if someone was killed due to her neglect!
gleenwell sI signed up for phone pickup, but had to go inside for the key. Not a problem this time because pickup was during office hours. If not it could have been very frustrating.
TERRY GHave trailer safety items checked out prior to rental …Firest trailer had turn signal lights cut apart at harness . Second trailer had 1 tire Very low air pressure and no way to inflate at location , and 6 hours later right side marker lights stopped working ! Units Lack maintenance ! This was not typical of my prior experiences with U- haul rentals .

Freddie CRented appliance dolly, handle for web strap was worn out and would not hold tension on appliance. Rented over the weekend and U haul store was not opened Sat. or Sun. Had to purchase a ratchet tie down strap at Walmart to secure the item to the dolly. Cause a delay and extra expense. Not happy.

Carl MI was scared for me and my son. Groups of people looking like they were up to no good. So many I couldnt even get through the place while looking for the drop off. When I did find It I was nervous to get out of the car. Very sketchy
Dawn BI mean the guys were very nice at the drop off location. They kinda just pointed where the truck was supposed to be, I guess. My issue is not at all with the pick up or drop off location. My issue is with uhaul in general
Isis MThe location was not really in a good area of town. Also there was a person in a vehicle with tinted windows parked in the U-Haul area. It looked very suspicious.

MARIANNE SI was told by the pick up location that I turned in the trailer early I would get a refund for the days not used. At the drop off location they flatly refused a refund stating company policy! I have used your equipment a lot over the past 6 years but don't appreciate the double talk!

Curtis TI did have an issue using truck share 24/7. It might be beneficial to explain that if picking up later than the schedule pick up time just change the time on your reservation and you'll be able to start the 'pick up your truck' process. I was on hold for over an hour and wasn't able to contact anyone but I figured out changing the time on my own.
Miranda SI am not happy with the inattentive follow up work from YOUR representative at this location. He mishandled the paperwork. Specifically not changing the drop off location from the default location which was the pick up location to the drop off location that I desired. After I FINALLY got him on the phone two days later, he stated that he attempted to talk to UHAUL dispatch but could not get in touch with a person there. He apologized in an email and said he could not fix the error which he admitted to making. I am done with UHAUL and demand a refund for the stolen funds and the wasted time I have lost due to your incompetent representation.
BRIANROBERT BEverything is computerized.. some people don’t know how to follow the rules by phone.. especially in a location that dangerous for women.. and the wait time for help is ridiculous…and you charge too much.. I’m done with your service and I will never advise anyone else to get it…

Kent TThe cab of the truck we rented was very dirty. The cupholders especially were sticky and full of cigarette ash and one of them even had a human toenail in it.
Eric RDidn't open until 12:00 on the day I wanted to return truck & dolly( Monday 10/12). Went on Tuesday 10/13 and the office was locked up at 8:50am. Nobody there. I was charged a after hours service fee because they are too lazy to have normal operating hours? Too many other companies available to get screwed with a $20 fee because nobody was at work to receive the truck. The 10:00am return time was set by the company not me. Returned it before the deadline but the business wasn't open!
Steven HRemove U-haul services from this location. The manager is extremely unhelpful and rude. It is a detriment to your organization to continue using locations with management this inept.
Nathan TThis location needs outside upkeeping. The grass was very high and there were ant piles everywhere.
Shanice RIt took over an hour to get my truck partially due to the staff struggling with the computer system but more because the staff thought my truck was given to somebody else. The truck was on the lot and nobody else was there to pick it up but because it appeared to be double booked he wouldn't check it out. The staff ended up calling UHaul who confirmed that he should have just given me the truck and not delayed pickup.
Giles KThe salesperson did not want to do the paperwork to get the truck, insisted it only be done online. Took over a hour half to get it done as issues with the website. Truck gas was just Abit under a quarter of a tank of fuel though paperwork said fuel was about 3/8 of fuel. Then terming in truck website did not work and was on hold 15 minutes before talking to a person. Very disappointed and waisted over two hours to get the truck and turn it in
