Alexia BCommunication would be my only improvement. I never received a call to confirm that the truck I requested was available, or that the time we needed that truck was available. In the email it said I'd receive a call to confirm all of this by 6/1 (we needed the truck on 6/7), but never did. I called the day before the move since I still had not heard from the location, and I needed to make sure we had a truck for moving homes. I had to leave a voicemail, and ended up using the chat online with a customer service representative to verify we had a truck in the morning. The day of the move, I received a call about an hour beforehand saying the truck was good to go. I thought the process of renting the truck was super easy and user friendly, and affordable. The truck and equipment was in great shape.

Jennifer MLocation was very good, Vehicle had slight inside cab door damage that couldn't be documented online at pickup, had to leave a message about the issue. The requirement of using the APP was not appreciated, the location had to scan my license for me because with my phone I couldn't install the APP on it. Going online at return was no help either. I had to CALL after hours and wait 20 minutes to speak to someone or else there would be a $20 added charge the next day for inspection without photos. Once on the phone things got accomplished very quickly. There was no option to upload pictures on the website, I had to get an email from the Customer Service agent and reply to it. Way to tedious. You should just be able to use the website the same as the APP. Overall an A- rating.

WILLIAM LThe U-Haul APP is Junk!!! It Didi not Work, so the Secretary that I called at this location said to Just Deposit the keys and she would do the rest.

ANGELO MWell too start half of my furniture was RUINED because the uhaul that was rented too us leaked from the inside. It also has engine problems and kept almost stalling while i was driving. Id like a refund on most of my money due too all my damaged furniture.
Kaylee FThis is at someone's house. Parking was jam full with vehicles and parking proper was next to impossible. The drop off box was not easy to locate- there was a giant uhaul parked in front of it. I was searching for the drop off box and a guy came to the door and told me that the box is attached to the barn (and not by the office door). I apologized as I didn't see it. You'd think for running a business from their home they'd keep up on things a little better.

PAUL HThis is my second time renting a truck from this location. The trucks are always well maintained and spotless. Check in is simple, especially if you come during the open hours, where the owners are friendly and efficient; I had my rental in under 10min. I advise checking in at the office if you can: my first time renting I tried using the app and wound up needing to go to the office anyways after wasting a bunch of time. Not a problem on the owners' end, rather an app issue. Regardless, I will rent from here again and encourage others to do so.

BRYON SI'm pretty sure the location offered any and all sizes and types of trucks etc to rent. The location was very difficult to keep a signal to do what is needed on line. It is necessary to go to the office to complete the transaction. The lady in charge seems put out by this but, disspite her lack of people skills she was very helpful. We accidently left 2 FOBs in the truck and recieved a call on our way home from dropping off the truck to alert us of this. We live about 50 minutes from rental location so the next day I called to let her know I was on my way to pick those up. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes while I watched her help someone hook up a trailer before I could get my FOBs.

Christopher MWe rented a car dolly to tow a vehicle from OH to OK. The equipment was in good condition. The Uhaul provided oiled the racket straps at our request. Everything about the dolly was in excellent condition and functioned properly. The Uhaul provider showed us how to us it and hooked it onto our tow vehicle. I would highly recommend Uhaul and this provider.
