Brahim IdsassiEnsure that all paid requested items and materials are located within the U-haul. Unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere and rent moving blankets and dollies, as they were not provided as requested. This was a major inconvenience, as it hindered and delayed my moving process and extended the movers time. That, in turn, caused me more money as they were paid hourly.

ADOLFO ESPINOThe manager at this location added insurance onto my bill said he asked me about the insurance. I told him that wasn't the truth because my auto insurance covers rentals. I had to call corporate to have it refunded.

CONSTANCE HOWARDMan working there accused me of losing a hub cap on the vehicle. He did not do a walk around inspection with me when I picked up the vehicle. I explained to him that the vehicle did not have a hub cap on the front tire when I picked it up. He was rude, I got tired of trying to explain to him, so I left. I will never rent from him again,

Anika HobbsDo not use this U-Haul under any means. I was left stranded in the cold on the side of the highway waiting for help for hours after my truck broke down. My move was ruined and left unfinished because of how long it took them to come by and fix it, getting what little I could inside because by the time I finally got to my apartment, it was dark. To add insult to injury, Uhaul offered me 23 dollars off of my 115$ order and a voucher to use another truck for free (which I never got) as compensation.
Zachary WarburtonThe CWD magically showed up on my bill when I didn't want it. I had to pay for mileage when I had the truck for an hour, and and only drove 14 miles. U-Haul double dips on fees nowadays.
Andrew Tourtellott-FogtI had confirmed over-the-counter pick-up for a rental vehicle, before my arrival. Although an agent was present, she declined to provide over-the-counter service, declined to provide any form of assistance, and declined to contact customer service on my behalf. She eventually sat down right in front of me and IGNORED ME. She was RUDE!!! Eventually, I called customer service and got assistance changing to self-service. The customer service agent over the phone was patient and efficient. The vehicle was clean and as described. I can only recommend the site for contactless pick-up.
