ADEL TI wanted to share some feedback on my recent experience renting a van. The young man who helped me at 7 AM was absolutely fantastic-super helpful and professional. However, there were a few issues. The van was quite dirty both inside and out when I picked it up, and the parking lot was muddy, which made the process less smooth. Additionally, I noticed an extra $15 charge on a separate transaction, and I'm still waiting for clarification on that. I made sure to return the truck cleaner than I received it and with more gas than it had when I picked it up. I'd appreciate any updates or explanations regarding the extra charge. Thanks for your attention to these details!
Eric BTruck was given in a dirty and unclean state. At pickup, the agent said that's the best they could do but the cab was filthy and smelled like cigarettes, and the box was dirty as well. At return, the agent argued with me over the fuel level which was the same as when I picked up. I was forced to fill another $25 worth of fuel in order to avoid the unnecessary $50 charge even though the needle was at the exact same space. On top of that, the agent (Mohit) claimed I wasted his time. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour. Will never recommend renting from here again.

JOHN WMy experience wasn't good enough, the van I used appears to be too old. The hand and legs of the van ware shaking and not too balance. The back truck was so stiff and very hard to open and close. That alone gave me muscle cramps and pains. It's was not a good experience.

Gagandeep SThe trucks license plate number was missing most of it except the last number, the computer wasn't working properly to process payment so we had to manually enter it. They gave me keys and I had to go find the truck and figure out which was mine. Truck only and 1/4 tank of gas so shortly after departing the fuel light came on, the part that was upsetting was that they charged us $5 to park our car where the uhaul was parked. In all the years of renting uhaul I have never had to pay to park my car at the establishment I am renting from.

GURVINDER SThere needs to be more accountability on the part of U-Haul. When someone orders a truck, it has simply got to be made available without delay and not cancelled or changed in the 11th hour. I ended up losing my loading crew because of that. What a mess!!!
Trent BI recently rented a U-Haul truck, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The truck was clean and well-maintained, making my move much easier. The pickup process was straightforward and efficient, allowing me to get on the road quickly. Overall, I highly recommend U-Haul for anyone in need of a reliable rental truck. Great service and quality vehicles!

TRAVIS VThe truck insurance plates were visibily worn off so I was given another truck. This process cost me about an additional 30 mins due to the fact I had already stated the receiving process for the original truck and had to redo it for the new truck. Also, the new truck had no dolly so I had to search for it which took time.
Abdul RThe operator of this location over charged me for gas even though I have refilled the gas (at least double the amount of gas that I have actually used during my rental time) at his own gas station. He declined my request to investigate into the over charge arbitrarily. I will never return to this Uhaul location unless there is a change in the franchisee.

gurdeep sI had made arrangements for someone to pick me up at the drop off location I scheduled (my drop off location on 8270 144 street surrey) Uhaul changed my drop off location, twice, which was problematic for me as i could not change my arrangements. i attempted to contact uhaul but no one was available to answer me. I went to my original drop off at 144 street surrey. Since uhaul changed my drop off location my truck was not their computer and the staff were very helpful and accepted my truck drop-off. If they made me go to the new drop off location it would have put me in a precarious position. My suggestion for the future is confirming with the customer to make sure the change in location is acceptable. Gracias
SARAH LSome semblance of order in the lot would be helpful Trucks were parked everywhere and I had to back out of an obstacle course. When I returned the vehicle I backed it into a spot in the dark. It was great to be able to leave my car secured in the lot. The employees were very nice when I was having an issue with the self checkout. I had one bar of service at that location.

I expected to be charged for an extra day, but I was over an hour late with the return and subsequently the representative and charge me for two extra days because I was two hours late. James EWhile returning the vehicle there is no clear conversation with the customer. How to know what amount you are charging from the customer. You should provide proper receipt to the customer about the bill amount. There is no proof when the customer has handed over the key of the vehicle to any person on the location. Gracias
