I loaded up my car and it sits so low down that when I tried to get out the car hits the side of the trailer. I had to drive 7 hours with the window down and all of my stuff got wet. Informed UHAUL and they did not understand my storyBen S.
I used a motorcycle trailer, but I couldn't find how to use a padlock to secure the ramp latch, and protect my motorcycle when parked for a meal. Parking with a trailer is nowhere near the restaurants.marcelo G.

The truck was reserved for early 24/7 pickup but hadn't been checked in by facility, so had to wait for an employee to show up to get truck. The employee was very helpful and checked me in 30 minutes before they opened, but I would have selected a different location closer to my location if I wasn't going to be able to pick up before opening. After getting checked in the check engine light was on and upon pointing it out to the associate, they said it would be fine and just needed some oil. I was driving this truck 50+ miles for pickup and did not feel comfortable but I used it anyway because it was the only 20' truck available. Luckily it made it, and we didn't have any trouble, just nerve racking.Eric C.

The truck did not have any ac whatsoever when I informed the person when returning the truck didn't seem interested It extremely difficult to drive that many miles with the heat and not to be offered an apology at minimum was ridiculous. To also have the truck location switched without being advised was ridiculous even though that place in itself is a complete joke .Maria D.

The front tire was visible low. I told the man at the desk. He said put a few pounds of air in it, that they did not have a air compressor on sight. I find that unacceptable that they would rent me a truck with very low pressure in it. I went to 4 gas stations before I could find a air compressor that worked. Not only did it take 45 minutes, but used expensive miles added to my bill, and cost me $4.00 for the air that I should had not have to have done. I feel UHaul should reimburse $15.00 for my time, extra millage, and the amount I had to spend on air. Air pressure on the said it should have 80 lbs in each tire, the tire hd 29 lbs. It was a very stressful experience.CHERYL B.
The transmission went in our truck 90 minutes from where we left, we had to wait 8 hours for a tow, the tow truck driver was excellent he moved our furniture etc for us, but we had to get a room at our own expense, communication was not great with the 1-800 or even on Uhaul/help, the tow truck driver was the best part of our experience!! If it wasn't for him we would of been stuck, but he was an hour away from the hotel, when we arrived at the Uhaul in Absecon we were told to disable our own auto-transport!! We only drove our car onto the auto transport, the gentleman told us they aren't allowed to disassemble our car from the trailer!! This has been the worse experience I ever had with UhualJames T.

After the UHaul changes the location of the pickup ;never informed me) to a location in a different curt in the middle of nowhere that did NOT even provide UHauls any longer, I called the dispatch center who sent us to this location. The location where I rented my uhaul was nice. But I wished someone would have called me about all the changes that were maked to my order. When I return the truck I put gas back in $15 and I have my receipt as well. I looked at my payment and seen the I was charged an extra $11 for gas. Note that when I return the the that there were so many people up there that no one did an inspection on truck before I left the area. That is a rip off if I ever seen one.Lakezia T.
