KWAI YI had booked to pick up at the Water street location, as it was walking distance to my house. The day before pick up, my location was changed, so I had to scramble to get a ride. I would recommend that you offer a drop off service to the intended pick up location.

Sabra YNo one at drop off, then they charged me for an extra day, even though I dropped it off on time.
Sabra YI got the location before 5 o'clock in the business was closed. I knocked on the door and thankfully there was one person there who could take the trailer. This entire rental experience was a farce from stop tart start to finish. We have used U-Haul many many times over the years I just feels like your company doesn't care about its customers. They don't care that they send them an hour each way out of their way and then expect them to do a favour and drop it off somewhere else then arranged??

Hugh GCustomer service at Parkhill is excellent. Staff is friendly and efficient. The trailer I rented was clean and ready for me to rent. I had lost faith in Uhaul (corporate not this location!) after several bad experiences including a recent last minute cancellation of a truck I reserved. No reason for the cancellation was given and the woman from Uhaul who called me was completely unempathetic to the problems this caused me. Uhaul online reservation is smoke and mirrors. Go to your local dealer (such as Parkhill, Peterborough ON) where you will find courteous people to help you. Otherwise, be prepared for Uhaul to treat you like crap as so many other I have spoke with can attest.

Wayne EI had a tough time renting a truck with U-Haul, I will be thinking twice before using them again or recommending them to a friend. They didn't have my truck available for pick up, I had to drive far to another location to pick up a truck that was smaller in size, having my friends and family wait over two hours for me to return, and it was dirty and smelled like a barn.
nicole sOvercharged $33.20 for extra 168km. Was assured that for out of town truck rentals 250 miles are included and my total was 318 kilometers which is way less then alloted. Uhaul included only 150 kilometers. Calling them everyday, leaving messages and can't get trough

JOHN WAmazing and helpful staff. I was running behind and he waited 10 minutes past closing time for me to return vehicle so I wouldn't be charged for an extra day. This is my second trip with uhaul and both times were positive experiences! Pricing is fair, trucks were clean I swear this isn't an insider fake review, Uhaul is really that great!
Colm HPut the equipment you want to rent on a web site so the renter can find which site has the exact unit to rent. I had personal truck trouble and Uhaul was very understanding on the delay to return the trailer
