elam H.THANK YOU SO MUCH KAREN!! On the morning of my move, I had a total disaster with Home Depot cancelling my rental truck less than an hour before I was to pick it up and UHaul came to the rescue! Plus it was much cheaper than Home Depot. Service was outstanding.

bret A.Honestly, it would be great if the location had a low deck version of the van or one of the pickup truck versions as alternate choices. I had a lot of anxiety trying to park that tall van without being able to see where the front of it ended. Wanted to tape a tall skinny stick to the front bumper for a reference marker! And I had to drag a folding step stool around to get up into the cargo hold from the back. I'm in my 60's and have a lot of arthritis so I can't just jump out or in.
Lizz L.The Uhaul app is slow and I spent over 2 hours trying to check into my reservation. I had to cancel and rebook 3 times before it finally got through. Very frustrating. The first two customer service reps were not helpful. Finally the last time I was able to get checked in. Rest of the process was fine.

KIMBERLY R.Upon check in the receptionist told me that my online reservation is somehow doesn't go through and she needs to make a new reservation. And then she said our rates are higher than what you got online!! My rates online was $0.99 and what she told me their rates are was $1.5 per mile. I can't understand how U-Haul staff didn't honor my online reservation and the rates. Very poor experience

Bilal A.THE FRONT DESK SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I HAD A DEAD BATTERY. I COULD NOT USE AAA. THE UHAUL APP IS CRAP. THE UHAUL ROADSIDE PROCESS (not the trucker) TOOK "TWO HOURS AND NUMEROUS CALLS ON THE PHONE AND APP BEFORE THE ROADSIDE TRUCK ARRIVED. THE APP DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING. THESE ARE TALKING POINTS I WILL PROBABLY TALK ABOUT, TO AT LEAST 10 OTHER PEOPLE.

carl S.Gas was siphoned, siphon was left in the tank. Siphoned gas not accounted for as truck was picked up after business hours, 24/7 rental. Offically truck had more gas than actual. I had to eat the cost of unaccounted for gas.

We arrived to a dark store which they later explained it was due to a blackout but instead of acknowledging us she just looked at her phone until I went in to talk to her. Her attitude made me not want to come back to this store nor will I recommend this to family or friends.
