The dollie in the truck had the seal broken i didn't notice until I got to my destination I took a picture of it. I never used the dollie so I pray im not charged for it. Also the truck needed to be swept out when I got it. Please don't charge me for the dollie just wanted to make you aware. GraciasLYNNELL RAE D.

The service Vickie provided was excellent. However prior to renting thru Vickie I had rented thru O'Neill in which Mindy was awesome. She had nothing at the moment but I called back she had a 15 foot truck I reserved. Unfortunately someone took it out before my reservation so I got bumped to take it from Ainsworth. Which is an ectara hour one way. Fine. On Friday I called Ainsworth to double check on reservation. Thank Goodness I did. They had no truck. Mindi from O'Neill got me lined up with one. It was great except after one time of loading the truck the door broke and I couldn't lift it. Had to take the cotter pins out just to move it.. Vickie right away called to see about getting it fixed, they had no parts for it. I eneded up paying for somene to ride with me to continue delivering my stuff. zzzzzznoy s vert happy perdon.CYNTHIA M.

No issues with this location, but your automated return system sucks! It took almost 40 minutes to complete the return process. First it wouldn't work with Safari browser recognizing the location. Next it wouldn't work with Firefox. It recognizing the location, but wouldn't let us download pictures. Finally we tried with Google and it was cumbersome, but let us process the return. Your system needs some needed improvemetns. Not sure I want to deal with Uhaul on line system if I have to endure that big of a apint in the butt!!THOMAS B.

Worst on line app I have used in a long time. Pick up location was changed without notice. Had to call customer service 3 times just to pick up unit.Greg D.
The truck broke down on a Saturday, after it was loaded and I was ready to hit the road. Calls to the manager of the pickup location were useless - she was too busy to be bothered to help find another truck (which they didn't have). They sent a tow truck and the driver discovered the fuel pump had failed. He towed the truck, still full of the contents to a shop that was only open until noon on a Saturday (it was 11:30 by then). They said they wouldn't be able to fix it until sometime the following week, and we had to be on the road that same day. Next spent half the day on the phone to Uhaul trying to find another truck, which they were not willing to bring to our location. Literally on the phone for 3 hours, with multiple reps. Finally found a rep that was able to help locate another truck, but I had to drive to a neighboring town about an hour and a half each way to go pick up another truck, then transfer all the contents of the dead truck to the new one. To be fair, I was reimbursed for the extra miles and the labor for having to transfer the load to the other truck, but it cost me a lot of time that I could not spare, and the attitude of the manager of the pickup location was really off-putting.Joel N.

Over All, it was alright. However, the heater in the truck didn't work, the driver's mirror wasn't adjustable, mileage was off when I picked up the truck and the gas tank was only 3/4 full. It was full when returned. I personally feel I should get some sort of refund for adding more gas than what I used.PAUL S.

Pick-up and Return are SO easy with the app. I LOVE IT!! I wish there was a way ( maybe I did not read well enough) to know the amount necessary to fill the gas tank. When I went to fill, the pump kicked off early and I stopped and paid -- assuming that it was full. When I started the truck it was only at 3/4. Had I known it was a 30-35 gallon tank, I would have continued at the pump instead of filling a second time. Not a huge problem, just a convenience. Thanks for a good trip!Pamela K.

I had to drive an hour because equipment wasn't available in Sioux City like I had reserved. This is the 2nd time I've had this happen. I will not use Uhaul again.Ethan G.
Vicky told me that she would give me a 15 foot unit for the same price as a 10 foot as she had 3 in stock. She quoted me $1,384. I told the other worker on Friday that I still would rather have the 10 footer. When I went to pay on Saturday he only charged me $1,291. It appears that Vicky was going to actually charge me full price for the 15 footer rather than give me the 10 footer price. Also, the unit I rented had a broken wiper blade which I had to replace on Sunday.THOMAS D.
