Good service.at this location.. the problem is person at corperate that took my reservation promissed equip reserved will be there at souix falls SD. he never checked, just took order anyways. I needed to know for sure.on trip before I got there.a 7 hr drive. I got a call there is no equip avail anywhere on my path. closest was 2 hr drive out of my way. it was reserved, and promised it would be there. it cost me 2hr drive time wrong direction, on a very tight timeline. I was very dissapointed. why do we bother to reserve it if it means nothing.

Lady was rude, made me go back outside and take a picture of the fuel and odometer so she didn't have 2 go out in the cold, she was smoking in the cold when I drove up, blamed being rude on it being a Friday afternoon... The uhaul name will only carry you so far improve customer service

Filthy dirty greasy oil mess. Was told I was to sweep it out. I was told to go fuck myself 3 times. I was to have my finghusband unhook it. I was yelled at when I parked to ask if someone would be able to unhook it that where I parked was not the parking lot And yelled and pointed over there is the parking lot. I had to drive in weeds and garbage to put in parking lot. I have never been so mad or talked to so badly from a business That I was paying to be a customer.

They acted like they didn't have time to talk to me on the phone.Said they were very busy and didn't really have time to discuss my rental. When we picked it up we told them one of the tires was pretty bald and they shrugged their shoulders and said oh well.

This was a complete joke of an experience. Your reservation system lost my reservation and I had to drive 80 miles to pick up the unit and then you all charged me for going 55 miles over my mileage? Additionally the equipment was crap. The truck had duct tape holding the windshield in place

I had to drive 80 miles to pick up this truck that was supposed to be in Sioux Falls. That added 3 hours and 160 miles to my move. Not a good thing. I only received $45 off my bill and a couple extra days and mileage allowance. That didn’t cover the additional gas for a car to take me to Yankton from Sioux Falls and the additional gas to drive 80 additional miles in the truck. The truck leaked water and ruined the top of an antique Dining room table top. Of course you say the truck isn’t water proof and everything should be in waterproof packing which is impossible. So I won’t be using Uhaul again

The employee was very blunt and on the verge of rude. The employee did not check the truck before we took it. The dolly was loose in the truck bed. She sure checked out the truck when we brought it back! will not recommend this place!

We originally reserved the 26ft in Omaha, one month before we needed it, however, we were notified 3PM day before scheduled pickup that one was not available and had to drive to SD to pick it up. I feel this is not the way to run a business when the customer reserves the needed item and it is not there for use as scheduled. We had to pay out of pocket expenses for travel and lodging that were not reimbursed.

I was very happy until I received a receipt in my email for a $10 cleaning fee. There were perhaps a few leaves left in the trailer But I mean Very Very few. I had explained to the lady that I had to drive 160 miles out of the way of where my original departing destination was already due to my original being out of trucks. Was just slightly frustrating to see an additional charge after I already was dealing with a higher payment for having to go another location.

I had my pick up reservation in Vermillion SD not in Yankton, when I received text msg of the wrong place I called the vermillion office they told me we call Omaha oficce and fixed the issue and you can come to pick up your truck, when I went there I met two angry men and they told me they don’t have truck for me and I need to go to Yankton, when I tried to explain they told me they’re not ready to listen in a very aggressive tone, I felt they may beat me up if I stay there for more seconds, it wasn’t just horrible customer service, it was scary and threatening. I had to find a transportation to Yankton and The place in Yankton wasn’t that good either and truck fuel was low. Anyways I hope that will not happen to other people.

I had a different location when I ordered online was at river city on 3rd st yankton sd upon getting there they didn't have any trucks and the guy had told me that the guy who does uhaul wasn't there he didn't know what to tell me to go down to fucking pack n ship which is where I normally go but online said she didn't have a truck the day I needed I should of just waited and called her Monday she has always been great to me have rented at least 4 times from her. I don't think the other location she be renting for uhaul they didn't care I had a truck reserved for the day and needed it to move it wasn't there problem they where very rude.

Very disappointed your 6X12 trailer did not have a tong jack. Hurt my back hitching and unhitching the trailer. Had help when I picked up the trailer, but had to do on my own during my move.
