KATHERINE CANTELE | Overall ExperienceThere was no lighting in the units themselves which did not help with either moving in or out. The office in Berryville closed which meant all transactions were done over the phone beginning in Jan. 2021. On the phone the staff seemed friendly enough, but then I get a notice of a payment contracted without my permission for a month I was not in the unit. I moved out June 27, 2021, but was charged for the month of July. You took the deposit of $25.00 and charged me $100.00 on the 3rd of July. Even if this is due to late reporting of my moving out $125.00 for 3 days seems a bit excessive. That is another months rent for the unit. Not finding that very customer friendly.
Regina FIELD | Overall ExperienceCall taker has on idea the difference between width, length or height measurement. She insisted that a certain size trailer would work for the vehicle I described to her. It would not fit on trailer. Then we brought it back within 2 hours. Would not offer any refund or discount for her mistake. We will not use a UHaul again.

orenea ofoThere trailer was pretty dirty but it was no big deal to sweep it out. Our rental was changed 3 times but we were very well compensated and we really appreciate the effort and thought customer service put into it. Uhaul is the only company I'll use for these services.

Clinton BartlettMy first reservation was with another facility here in Berryville Arkansas The Outpost my experience with them was absolutely awful the service they literally asked me to leave their building when I was trying to tell them and show them that I had done everything and even signed the contract they reversed our payment they did all these things that cost us money but from the time I spoke to customer service they redid the reservation for the next day and the Berryville Self Storage people were absolutely amazing but I do think something needs to be done with the first original place I had the reservation and I hope that you handle that correctly because they did not have customer service the person that was there when I was to pick up new nothing had no idea what she was doing she kept having to call the owner and he was 40 miles away so I hope that you do something about that thank you
