Loved the service however the rental fee was very high. 99 cents per mile is a lot.

I showed up expecting to have already completed the paperwork and get the keys with a simple "im here" not wait for approval and have to input more information. I recommend a virtual check in that is actually virtual and can be done when one registers to make it easy and quick when one comes to pick up the rental. ¡Gracias!
Peter I.I was qouted on the phone a different price than i ended up paying that was slightly frustrating as the move was already costing me alot. This was not to discredit the location or gentleman that helped me as they were truly exceptional.

susan P.I was never given a code for the lock box and was standing in a dark parking lot at night without a place to leave the key. Ended up using emergency services number because no one picked up customer service and received instructions to leave key under drivers seat.

Cristin K.This Uhaul location appeared to be a side business for an appliance store. Location was excellent for me but it appeared there were no moving supplies on site - I ordered a utility dolly/hand truck and they did not have one. My rental truck was the only Uhaul vehicle at the location so if I needed to make a change or pick up supplies I would have been out of luck.
Eric D.We paid for furniture dollies and blankets and neither were provided. I can understand bad service, but that's just stealing. In addition, a lockbox code was never provided, so we sat outside an after hours lockbox waiting for customer support to pickup the phone for 30 minutes at 2:30AM and eventually gave up and went home. I honestly can't believe that you could operate a business like this. This isn't even remotely well thought out. I would honestly go out of my way to purposefully not recommend Uhaul. At the very least, we would like a refund for the dollies and the furniture blankets. My furniture is scratched, my TV that I wouldve wrapped in the blankets is shattered. Worst experience.
Karan A.The name of the store should have been included in the reservation. The truck was in a parking lot behind an enormous store, and we had nothing but the highway address to identify the location. Needs more UHAUL signage!
