I did not receive an email letting me know that I could not pick up my equipment at the original location I selected. It wasn't until I called U-haul that my location was changed to this one. It would've saved us a lot of time if we had known beforehand that we needed to change our location. Also, the app doesn't warn you to refill the truck before you return it or how much the fuel fees will be if you don't return it full.Tawnee C.

I had the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen or heard of before. From the pick up until this day still. To begin, I got there just before 11am on Sunday 8/2. As I walked up, there was a huge line going out the door with people saying they have not moved at all. I waited 2 hours to just get the truck. I left around 115pm. They could not get the credit card machine working when I got to the counter. Therefore I had to put down $213 including a $100 deposit. In this time I had hired movers who I paid by the hour and had to includes another 3 hours in their pay because the over lapped 2 hours and 15 minutes. Then for whatever reason one of the workers asked us to move other trucks out of the way to get to our truck which was completely unprofessional and we argued that we were not liable for the trucks so we didn't want to move them in case something happened. Finally just to get going, my driver moved them to get ours. He has been moving for over 20 years and never experienced ANYTHING like this. It was a complete Nightmare. Also, the gas on the paper stated it was 100% max full, which it was not even close. Less than 3/4s full which I marked on the receipt. The mileage was off by a couple miles as well. Then they refused to inspect the vehicle with us as it should be procedure. I then moved all day and got to Ormsby motors which was another nightmare regarding my deposit. I probably called 10 times to try to figure out who was giving it back as well as if it was the full amount or not. No one wanted to give me an answer and I was told the GM of the MIlwaukee Branch would call me. When he did a week later ( not 3 dyas as I was told) he was laughing AT me and continuously called me a lair for multiple reasons. was Extremely rude and aggressive and didnt want to believe anything I said and offered me a measly 30% off which I gladly declined. I wanted a full refund then he used profanity the F word at me then hung up on me. I was shocked and apawled. I dont know if I will ever use uhaul again after this experience. I am furious with this experience and request a full refund of $213 for everything I put up with and the extra $180 for my movers. I expect to hear backJordan N.

The UHaul site crashed and I was not able to login to the app and pick up the van. The owner at Ormsby Motors went above and beyond to assist me with the check-in and complete the pick up. I am grateful for the personal assistance with the rental.SHEILA B.

You charged us for insurance when we said no! Mileage was insanely high due to the fact that the Uhaul that we reserved the truck at ran out of the truck we requested. So we had to drive to Crystal Lake and had to spend an extra $23 on mileage!!! Wish I had tried another place more local :(.Jennifer M.

New van with low mileage ran great. On-line reservation system a little tricky but in the end worked out great. Nice people to deal with, answered all my questions and will definitely use Ormsby Motors U-Haul again.Richard M.

I didn't know prior to this rental that Ormsby was an option for uhaul rental. Now I will likely come here every time. The woman who handled the paperwork was fast & efficient & nice...trifecta of customer service. The whole thing was just a breeze - thanks!Diana F.
