There was confusion on whether or not we were using the Truck Share program. I came to the store to pick up the key and the attendant talked me into the online program instead since my husband couldn't get there until after hours to get the truck. Once we downloaded the app, created an account, and pulled into the lot, we had to speak with 3 different people to figure out why our reservation wasn't showing. We lost over an hour of loading and moving time dealing with this issue. Once we were able to check out the truck, we received an email confirmation which had the incorrect return date on it, even though we had corrected it twice before with other employees. The people we talked to on the phone were amazing, kind, and as helpful as they could be. The process was frustrating and made it hard for us to rate our experience high.

Ogle's is well maintained, online rental is easy, and there's a good selection of units. Definitely wouldn't mind storing my property there!

Trailer disconnected from car when driving to load. Safety chains worked well, but at 50 mph in a rainstorm it was exciting. Trailer was connected by staff at pickup location.

The truck was not very clean when I picked it up, it had some stains and sticky spots on the steering wheels, handles and seats that were easily wiped off.

I planned to pick up the U-haul at 7 pm on 07/25/2018 using the U-Haul IOS App. The U-Haul App was not able to do the "LIVE RECOGNITION" and I was not able to use the Van on 07/25. Because of all these my entire moving schedule suffered. It was really a very bad experience using U-Haul.

There were no blankets, furniture dollies, or stand up dollies in the truck. I was still charged for them. I already wrote this when I returned the truck in my final comments. I still have not been contacted by anyone.

The location, truck and employees were AMAZING! We had a horrible experience trying to do the 24/7 mobile pickup but the Ogles employees kindness and service made the horrible 24/7 mobile pickup experience less problematic for our move. Would recommend Ogles 100% but would NEVER recommend the 24/7 mobile pickup to anyone! The 24/7 mobile pickup didn’t work and we had to wait almost 2 hours to get a truck! Reserved the truck for 24/7 pickup at 6:30am, mobile pickup didn’t work so we had to wait until 9:00am when Ogles opened to rent ya a truck. Ogles was super quick, apologetic for the situation that wasn’t their fault and they were genuinely great people! Thank you Ogles for a great experience!

Low beam was out on the drivers side head light, front end was out of alignment, overhang compartment leaks and overall this truck wore me out! All said and done, I think they just wanted to get rid of this unit and I was the unlucky one to rent it!!
