When I picked up the van, I was told that the gas was on full. As I was driving away, I noticed that the gauge read slightly over 7/8. I thought this might be where it registers when it is full. I drove about 80 miles which took the gauge down to about 3/4. When I stopped to get gas before returning the van at Sam's, I filled it until the pump shut off and the gauge in the van went even higher than the full mark, so it wasn't full when I picked it up. I spent $36.12 filling the tank. Not a real problem, but the tank was not full when I got it. I should have gone back to the office, but I didn't..my fault.

I was overcharged for fuel. I made 100% sure that the fuel level was higher than when i collected the vehicle. The record of the fuel sent to was incorrect. I took a picture of the fuel level. $ 20 is $20

The truck was not clean and not swept before it handed over to me. I've to clean before i put my stuff. This is not acceptable. And on top of it, when I open the back door and driver door there is full of cigarette smell and and for a moment I thought why did I even take it. It was very bad. If you maintain the trucks this way. I'll not recommend it to my friends.

The U-Haul app was a total aggravation - it failed to identify my location when I picked up and returned the vehicle, the latter with no alternative method.

I will never rent from uhaul again. There are too many other options available. Your self check in is a joke I should not have to enable location services. It took over 30 minutes to take pictures and answer your questionnaire. Go fuck yourself.

I had order for a truck and when I got to the location and signed in to my account it said I had no reservations or Order! I was supposed to get a 26ft truck but all I got was the 15ft truck! Not good Uhaul! There were 2 others there that had the same problem wow ....never again will I use your services!!!!!!!!!

Have used this location for the past decade. This last experience was the same as the previous ones. Very professional, helpful and courteous. They establish eye contact the moment you come in and immediately serve your needs. They go out and show you trailer and hook it up for you, does the same when returning. I would not use any other location and have only done so once when they ran out of trailers.

Unnecessary charges. It is wrong to charge someone for a full day if they only had the truck for a few hours past the return period. Charge by the hour instead. Gas fee charges are ridiculous if you're still going to charge customers to pay for used gas. It's almost as though you guys just find any reason to throw a fee on someone's tab. It is not fair! Front desk agent didn't do a good job at explaining things. Half truths were told. I was overcharged for everything. I will most likely not be using this company again.

1. Not change pick up times 2. Properly check vehicles back in, in a timely fashion. This will prevent corporate regional emails being generated for vehicles that have been returned in 3 hours or less. 3. When called, return calls as you tell the customer. Probably the 2nd worst experience I have had with a UHaul rental. I rent UHaul 2-3 times a year. I can guarantee, in the future, this will be the last location I go to rent a UHaul and it will not be a site I recommend!

During our travels from Florida to Indiana it rained the whole time. I know U-Haul can't help the weather but the truck itself wasn't well suited for those conditions. The headlight/wiper conditions didn't provide much visibility. Also, there were leaks inside the cab (from the grab rails) of the truck for the duration of the trip. Brought these issues up on return and no compensation was offered, which we have had offered from other truck rental companies before for similar instances.

The Uhaul App experience let us down. While picking up the van, the app crashed at the take and odometer picture process. Upon restarting the app, the rental was "In progress", so we just took off. While attempting to return, the app refused to accept the odometer picture. I attempted more than 50 times with the same result. I then called Uhaul and was on hold for over 45 minutes. Luckily the location's owner happened to stop to get the mail and was kind enough to return the van for us. I don't know what we were doing wrong, but the app just doesn't work. The issues seems to be picture related.

I picked a location that was near my grandmothers house and without notice my pick up location movers to Ogles storage. The truck was backed up into a muddy area that made it hard to inspect. Finally, I took a lot of pictures of the wrong truck and then had to take pictures of the right truck after realizing my mistake. I added comments and pictures and I don't think any of them actually were added to my account at pick-up. Their was no-one at ogles to help with pick-up and the self-service process was terrible.

I originally ordered a 20 foot truck in North vernon Indiana and my order was confirmed. I go to pick it up and it wasn't there at all. So I had to order a smaller truck from 20 miles away which took 2 trips. My bill went from 160 dollars and 1 trip to 293 dollars and 2 trips because uhauls order app is a joke.

Charged my acccount twice. Charged me for fuel when I brought it back at same level it left. Deputing charges with U-Haul and if they do nothing I'll depute them through bank. Will never use U-Haul again. Was worst experience ever.

When we got the truck to the house, it was locked on the back. We could not get any help to get it off. It took us over 5 hours on the phone trying to get help to get the lock off and still no one helped us. We finally just cut the lock off so that we could get on with our move. This was so totally uncalled for.

My issue is with UHaul and not the locations. Terrible customer service. I was contacted the evening before my morning pickup and told the pickup location was changed to a location one hour in the opposite direction I would be traveling. This caused MAJOR issues for me with the help I had secured for moving the next day. UHaul was impossible to reach and not helpful at all in trying to assist with this issue.

All tires were bad. We had to have roadside assistance replay 2 tires and during our drive, a third tire had a low tire alert. This poorly maintained truck caused us a 4 hour delay and missing the move in time at the apartment. Very frustrating and extremely disappointing

Let me know a little more in advance that I need to travel over an hour for the uhaul pick up. I understand the rentals near me may be booked but less than 24 hr notice created a bit of a logistics issue picking up the truck.

No Air Condition. Charger was not working, causing trouble to charge my Cell phone to locate GPS. Truck was not maintained properly. Brakes are not well maintained. Poor Battery. Oil was spilling everywhere inside the Hood.

The reservation location changed a few days before the check out which caught me off guard. The check out process was plagued by poor cell phone service in the area (or maybe my cell phone?). Luckily the owner showed up about 1/2 hour after I should have been out of there and was able to check me out inside their business on their computer. They even sought out the least expensive option based on my anticipated mileage. Glad they were able to help me. Not sure what I would have done without them on-site. The equipment was fantastic. Very clean, very easy to load, very nice to drive. The check in process was plagued with the same poor cell phone service . I got to the last step and just had to quit and leave the keys in the drop box. My bad experience should not be reflected on the owner of the business, but maybe UHaul could allow check out and check in via a better method (check-in at my home with better internet connection or wi-fi?).

This was better than the experience I had the day before. This guy was pleasant and tried to help me out. It ended up costing me more than it should have because my reservation wasn't honored and on Sunday the man didn't have anything I reserved. No truck, no dolly nothing. Your motto on his wall was move with peace of mind. That's a joke, I was so stressed after everything I went through I hope I NEVER have to use your company again
