We gassed up 2 blocks from the return center - then the truck wouldn’t shift into gear. This wasted a lot of time asker had to wait with the truck - while my husband is in ICU on a ventilator. Time was of the essence!

Charlene WMoving is frustrating and when we are working under time constraints we want the most efficient and prompt service. The elder attendant was left by himself and he was not well experienced with the procedures. The vehicle did not include the hand truck as part of the rental truck and it consumed alot of gas for an in-town move. If I had traveled out of town the gas expense would have been enormous. I have not received the monies credited back to my account yet from the rental returned November 30, 2023. I had scheduled the truck and the tow equipment, but only used the truck. I did not have Safe Move as part of my online reservation, but when I paid for the rental it was added to my fees.

charles bRepresentative over charged. The miles he calculated cannot be correct. The moving locations were right next to each. And the uhaul was not moved after moving. We packed, drove right next door, parked unpacked, when back right next door and packed the final things needed and went right back next door. That isn’t even a mile if so not over it. We were charged for 56 miles which is ridiculous.!!!!
