The gentleman who owns this store was very kind and helpful. The rental process was quick and easy. My problem was with the truck. The air conditioning/defrost/fan didn't work at all. Very challenging on a rainy night when the windshield kept fogging up. I had to drive and continue to wipe the windshield with a sweater I had with me. Also, the headlight assembly was broken and pushed into the dashboard so turning on the lights (required by law) during the day when it was raining was nearly impossible. The interior of the cab and the back were dirty, when I swept it out there were shards of metal, saw dust and dirt. When I returned the truck the online return was terrible. I sat for more than 30 minutes while the cumbersome return process kept having to reload. I tried to call the help line but the wait time was 35 minutes. I was not happy by the time the process was complete.DEBRA P.
My Reservation #23236792 was made to pick the truck up before office opened. Arrived at location and APP said unable to pick up. Called 1-800 and was told local office failed to leave keys out. Other locations too far away so I returned when office opened. Started my trip late. 1-880 said I would receive a 50 dollar credit for mistake, never saw it. Will take my business elsewhere.ROBERT B.

Shady, said there was 1/2 a tank in the truck, there was only a 1/4 tank, told the guy he said no worries I'll take care of it, when came to return truck in 2 hours he said I used a lot of gas for only 13 miles , I said you remember me right? It's only been 2 hours and you said you would remember, I showed a picture on my phone if the mileage and the gas gauge and all was forgiven, sorry but shady is what shady does .GABRIEL K.

The return was simple and the gentleman helping me out was very nice and it took me no time at all to return the truck and auto transport and be on my way.John K.
The lock, for 24/7 pickup was so sensitive it took me 10 minutes and a phone call to access. The only other negative, (although my first response when asked on app if cab was clean, was Yes), when my Father got in passenger side to ride to my location with me, he couldn't use the interior door pull to close the door because it was full of cigarette ashes. (I cleaned that door before I returned the truck so the next person didn't encounter that). The location was excellent other that that. The truck was ready, easily assessable and full tank of gas. The over the phone customer service could definitely improve. I called in to ask if I could change my drop off location; the manager whom I could hear via the reps phone was extremely rude! Rudeness was completely unnecessary, as I was simply asking a question. I will do everything in my power to NEVER use Uhaul again.Erin N.

The online check in and check out process is very poor. Taking photos and needing a reference verification on the day of pick up caused a lengthy delay. Send like this could be done when reserving the truck. Also, I had returned the keys before checking the truck back in only to discover I was to take 3 more photos of the inside of the truck, which I was unable to do. These instructions should have been made clear prior to returning the truck....perhaps in a confirmation email after reserving the truck. The truck itself was fine but the process of picking up and doing off was less than optimal.Kimberly E.

I paid for an appliance dolly & 3 dozen blankets. When we arrived, these items were not in my truck. We had to wait for this location to open when the manager let me know they didn't have these items but no one called to let me know. It made moving very difficult.Patrick M.
