Ronald VWe have used this location for years and the service used to be excellent. The trucks were clean and welll maintained. This last time the truck was filthy inside the passenger cabin and the back had gravel mud and leaves. The clerk who checked us out barely did his job. The clerk that checked us back in was much more friendly and was more professional. We’ve always used this location close to our old house but in future we may think about going somewhere else.

James CPlease make it clear to respond to the pickup email before I leave with the trailer. Also, at drop off, make it clear whether I need to sigh something. I got an email with the receipt, and a place to attest that had not been in an accident, but no way to sign it. Overall, was a great experience, however. Thanks!

CRUZGUSTAVO PI never used the blankets and was told I could not get a refund. At every location if we never used the blankets or the dolly it was refunded and this pms e should honor the same thing but the young lady got rude with me and I will never return to that location again
