The van I rented was disgustingly filthy. Animal hair all over the seats. A strong, musty odor that wouldn't go away. Trash and food crumbs all over the floor and seat of van. I was told there was nothing they could do and that the police had confiscated that van from a lady who had been using it for weeks. No cleanup from police impound lot to renting it out to customers? The location and employees were awesome!!!! I did 24/7 pickup and it was AWFUL!!!! I couldn't pick up the truck using the app, i was on hold for an hour in the parking lot and still never got thru! I had to go home and go live chat on the website to fix app problem. It took me over 2 hours to ppick up this truck and 3 trips to the location. I FINALLY GOT TRUCK AFTER 11P. Still disappointed here too. My original drop off location was at rocketcity storage (which happens to be where I unloaded to a storage I'm renting there), but when I got there, they could not find my contract and were not willing to take it. They said it might cost me money to change the drop location. Ended up bringing it to the location listed above and they were great.DAVID M.
Dave and Lee Ann were professional, wonderful and kind people to deal with. The locker originally was rented by my deceased older brother. Service was excellent! Our only concern is that my husband's driver's license would not scan, nor upload online and the female rep offered to scan his driver's license using her cellphone and upload it. This method raises many security concerns for us and we want confirmation that his information is deleted from her phone. We are not questioning her integrity but want to protect ourselves. the APP is difficult to use and to understand, there are too many things on each screen, and many time the 'continue' button must be scrolled down to know it's even there, or is not there all together... the App is not intuitive, and should not be as hard to understand as you are standing outside in the weather and noise and disruptions while trying to understand what is asking of you.william T.

The truck and staff were great. The online process is a mess. It took 30 minutes once we arrived to get our truck. The verification process required phone calls. The extra information requested could have been sent at the time of booking instead of sending it once we arrived on site. Not sure if I'll use the mobile system again.Kevin M.

The code on the lock that was given on the app did not end up matching the lock that was on the lockbox. I had to call customer service who walked me through several codes before it worked. Felt like it wasted my time some and some stress as I had people waiting on me but the vehicle itself worked fine. All in all it wasn't a bad experience but just a little more to the process than I was expecting.Camilla J.

Hitch mount on the Utility trailer was broken, which made it very hard to attach and detach. Trailer had debris inside from previous renters. Will be using a different location in the future for the following personal data security reason, Personnel were using personal devices to collect drivers licenses for the rental.Mathew R.

I had to drive to a location different than the one on my contract which was 8 miles farther. I had to hookup all equipment with no help guiding my car onto the tow dolly. The tires were nearly slick and I got stuck which cost $125 and guess what? The $120 insurance didn't cover it. Really great experience.TERRY S.

I debated whether to put this on the "check-in" as the truck runs fine. BUT - it may need new struts. That was one of the LONGEST six hour drives I've ever done because of the significant "bouncing" action! Again, certainly it is not a critical issue but something to look at for sure.Judy M.

We got a 26â€ trucks and a car tow dolly that we'd been told would be fine to use on the dolly. Once picking up equipment and trying to load the car on the dolly, we realized the car wouldn't load correctly. I tried calling and waited for a long time, the location was closed at this point so my husband brought the dolly back immediately because we couldn't use it. The lady on the phone with U-Haul said she give me the refund for the tow dolly and the insurance we paid for it. She said I should get it within 3-5 business days but 7 days later and no refund still. I'll be contacting the person she said was the regional manager nextJoseph R.

The uhaul truck was not on full tank when we picked it up and the gas hand never moved while using truck. I payed 20 dollars in gas before returning truck and they wanted the receipt which my husband no longer had when picking up remainder of deposit the next day. Did not get my deposit back and had to pay an extra 2 dollars. Very unacceptable ??angela G.
The truck was nasty and covered in red clay on the inside and out. There was trash in the floor and box. The ashtray was full of ashes. The whole center console was sticky and the whole cab reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to drive the truck the whole time with the window down.James B.
