I put gas back in it to the line it was at when I picked it up and they still charged me extra. The pick up process outside normal hours is a headache and took 20 min of my rental time.

BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Despite his recent breakup, James maintained not only a high moral but, also upon discovering the system was down, making the transaction invalid… James informed me he would keep it in constant check until back online no matter how long it took and call me! Wow, talk about dedication!! The system became functional and I returned with my mother to pick up. Aaron assisted in checking over the uhaul, but he didn't stop there! He went beyond in his customer service when he spotted a twinkle of conflict in my mothers eye and began to counsel her with words of comfort and a supportive hug! TALK ABOUT ABOVE AND BEYOND! My experience was like that of visiting a friend! 10/10 would recommend

I have used a few rental companies before and out of all of them I would have to say that this place was the only one I would recommend for anyone who is needing to rent a U-Haul trailer or cargo box trailer to do so there . And also the guy who is running the business helping U-Haul with there rental equipment has served our country pray last 23 years and I'd like to appreciate him for time and effort to make sure we have a good place to come home to everyday to our family. Thanks again for everything you have done for us

The employee had no idea how to use the system. It took almost 2 hours to get the trailer and then it was broken. I had to contact U-Haul customer service to complete the transaction.
