Andre ROnce the vehicle is dropped off, it should be common courtesy to call once the keys and applicable paperwork is left. Also, no surprises for the FINAL bill. Customer service quoted one price but an email was sent finally with another amount. People have budgets for these things and to get something totally different is unbelievable.

Eric PThe tire pressure light was on as the back right tire was low on pressure but the man that did the paperwork said it was always on and if there was a problem just to call the number and they'll bring me a new tire or truck but that didn't relieve the stress that the tire could blow at any point. There were numerous scratches and cracks in the wind shield and the inside of the truck had all kinds of crumbs and sticky residue.

Michael PThe truck that I rented was the worst truck that I have ever gotten from uhaul. The side mirrors on the passenger side moved while I was driving, so I was unable to use them. The got stuck in an uncomfortable position for awhile. I was able to adjust that eventually. But overall this was the worst experience I’ve had while driving one of your trucks.
Jeannette TI had a terrible experience with U-Haul. I reserved my truck 3 weeks prior & 24 hours before the day I needed the truck they switched the pick up location in which I had to drive an hour out of the way or cancel & get no truck at all. I also received a much larger truck than I needed which was an inconvenience.
Lynnmarie CMy problem is with the online system. Not everyone is computer savvy. Also my reservation changed locations 3 times. It was a hassle but it was completed.
Angela JThe truck was dirty when I got it and I posted pictures of the truck being dirty when I got it after I dropped it off I was charged a cleaning fee for $25 when I didn't dirty up the truck
