Tammy O.There is no key dropbox at this location, which does not support mobile drop-off (after hours). This is something I was not made aware of. Very disappointed by u-Haul for not informing me of this and now I will have to return the key tomorrow.

Victoria V.I git to this location by accident, my original pick up was Sam and Mario's, they were closed. I texted your help line and was left hanging after 30 minutes. Then three different telephone reps hung up on me. The last one said someone would call me back, I'm still waiting. I then spotted a notice on my phone to go to the other location. At least the person there had the smarts to get me on the road. Two hours behind schedule but at least moving.
Robert K.Clean your vehicles properly. The cab smelled like cat urine and there was garbage all over the floor. I reserved a trolley and there was none available at the location I had to get the vehicle from.
Steven W.Firstly, the customer service representative at New Wave Convenience was unprofessional. She did not know how to finish registering me. It took her an hour just to finish setting up the uhaul. Once getting into the uhaul, it was filthy, smelt really bad and there was little to no gas. The next morning (I had only got the uhaul at 5pm the night before) I had returned it at 12pm and waited another hour before this cashier was able to sign me out. I was not given a cheaper rate than the 24hrs I had booked it for and I did not receive my money that I was owed back on my card. They insisted on cash. They also charged me double for the safe move. I am utterly disappointed with my first experience. I highly do not recommend this place.

JAMESRICHARD S.The service was great, the fee was excellent for what we needed a truck for! The only thing is the trucks interior was dirty. The dash and consoles and side compartments had dust and debris on them. The steering wheel had not been wiped down. During this time (covid), that was unexpected.
