The staff where I rented were very nice. The truck worked out great. It was clean and I had no issues with the truck at all. Highly recommend.

If I had known this was where we were going I would have chosen a different location. The location was not very nice, the whole process seemed so sketchy and it was a gas station and while we were waiting there was other people behind us there for the gas station and the guy was having me fill out forms through my phone while we were there standing with people waiting. There wasn't really clear directions and in future it would be nice to know that its a gas station we are getting the Uhaul truck at.

DONALD HEverything was perfect. Using your cell phone to gain access and existing is extremely convenient. If I had to mention something to improve for the next customer, it would be to have salt put down so no one falls on the ice while carrying heavy items in front of the individual units. I was pleasantly surprised the area is very, very clean and maintained as I didn't see any garbage bins on the property. Whoever owns this property is doing an outstanding job. Even down to the ease of renting a unit after 5 pm. Thank you so much for understanding what customers need.

Julia MCab of the van was fairly clean, but the driver's side long-view mirror was smashed and the van only had like 22k miles on it. The cargo area was kind of dirty, with minor debris and such in it. The photos I was presented during the online check-in process did not reflect a good amount of damage done to the wheelwell covers in the cargo area either. And, the setup in this location's parking lot is not all that great. Serviceable, but it could use a lot of improvement. That being said, the guys running this location were very nice and helpful.

AREEB SInside of truck was dirty. On the way back to drop u haul off the radiator pooped off. I had to wait for and hour for roadside and another hour for it to be fixed. Today was my Dad's 70 bday and I missed his party... very upset

john bI was serviced after all customers even though I came in before them. It took him forever to give my vehicle I reserved. The Van I rented was dirty and the brakes needed to be fixed. There was barely any gas in in as well. I will never rent from this location again. Terrible experience overall!

SAHARI SThe smell of cigarette smoke in the van was terrible and no other van/truck was available to switch, I had to take that one. Very poor experience with the state of the equipment. I mentioned to the attendant before I took the van and he could not do anything. I tried to give the odor feedback when I checked the van in but the on-line form would not let me proceed until I said "yes" was good for the next family. Better care and cleaning needed to ensure free from horrible smoke odor. It was disappointing, I smelled of smoke the whole day.
ANN BWe had to go back twice because of oil issues. The first time we got an alert from the truck saying engine oil low. Then we had to go back because the oil was leaking. When we asked to change the truck, we had to get approval and someone had to come check the car. After TWO HOURS of waiting, turns out they didn't put a cap on the oil. If we didn't notice, we would have had to drive across the country with a car that could have broken down. AND we didn't even get a discount . Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Shouldn't they have caught this when doing maintenance before we even received the car?? Even the company that did the check said that this was crazy.

antonio pThey are scammers and I need to file a complaint because they have so much prior damage to truck without the x stickers that represent prior damage, and I took pictures and had the extra insurance because a sense they were bad people, of course when I bring truck back it seems like they accused me of it. Definitely taking this to as high as can because all that damage is supposed to be stickered with x. And I took many pictures beforehand and submitted
