MARY MDo NOT change pick up locations. I made my reservation for the site at which I have a storage room rented. My pick up location was changed to another site which added to the mileage I was charged for the truck. The kicker is that when I arrived at my storage location, an IDENTICAL truck was parked there-when I asked the management of the facility, I was told that it had been there for more than 36 hours. This is far from the first time that UHaul has changed my pick up or drop off location.
EDWARD WIf one is leased from this place (My Box) Atlanta Highway, is one if the best places I have ever rented from .professional, and very friendly. Would highly recommend them t o anyone.

JAMES MMy U-Haul rental experience was quick. simple, and easy...and quite affordable, especially compared to just one payment for a similar vehicle. It's good to know U-Haul and their professional representatives are there to ease the pain of moving----in my case just across town. Thanks U-Haul! See you again soon.

Racile CThis was my second time renting a U-Haul. The first time was 2/2/2024. Eastern Blvd) The experience was disgusting. Initially I reserved (2) 10*15 storages. I got the Eastern Blvd, and they advised me after booking almost 2 weeks in advance that the storage unit got damaged in the storm. They did not call me to advise me of that and I started explaining how unprofessional it was that they didn't notify me of the condition. The fairly new GM (Aaron i think his name was), jumped in the conversation with the other rep (black guy and said, "IT IS WHAT IT IS, YOU CAN EITHER TAKE THE STORAGES (4) THAT WE HAVE OR YOU CAN LEAVE!!!). I was baffled not know I'm sorry, just immediately you can leave. So, I took those, however, if a CA strophe happens, its U-Haul responsibility to notify the customer or find another unit being that I booked the reservation so early. He cut me off didn't acknowledge the mistake. This is a field that's in high demand, its unacceptable, especially where I'm paying my money. (EASTERN BLVD) SUCKS!!! 2/27/24 Went in everything was smooth (Eastern Blvd), until I got in that raggedy truck!!! 15", the truck wouldn't go pass 20 mph, they didn't check to see if it drove at all, coming from Arizona!! I had to stomp the gas and it to forever to get to 30, stampeding traffic. The TRANSMISSION is a bust! It jerked so hard to get to 30mph in the 3-6oclock traffic...just awful!! Would have been sooner but since it rode so horribly it took forever to get 6 miles away. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES!!!! NEDD BETTER SERVICE!

Althea HThere needs to be instructions about what is expected on an overnight pick up. Should.be told ahead of time about a person having to verify you. That made it go from a 10 minute process to almost an hour. And then the session expired because it took so long and I had to talk to customer service to finish the check list.

Tony JI had requested a pickup location nearer to my residence in Wetumpka. Instead I had to drive to/from the Montgomery location (an extra 18 miles at $.95 per mile) incurring an unnecessary expense. Otherwise, everything was as expected.
