No, I do not recommend this location because it had an issue with the gauge and also with the tire and I tried calling the company to let them know about the issue. No one actually picked up the phone and that's very unprofessional that I have to call multiple times and still get no help.
NETTIE BTruck was dirty and the key was not in the lock box, had to go inside the office and wait until the person get off the phone.

ROBERTO G5 min after driving away, the rusty door latch fell off and the doors of the trailer opened up while driving in the middle of the road. I am lucky it did not damage any cars.

Rafael DTook 30min to pick up vehicle. Self checkout didn't work. The add-ons I requested were removed and not available. Less than half a tank of gas left. Not going here for U-Hauls

Alfredo EJose was completely willing to help me when I need to change the size of my truck. He did not try to get over but instead made sure I had what I needed and next steps as far as my uhaul contract and payments. The service I received was Excellent.
Letisha TOwner is a thief he over charged in mileage and when I reached out to get this corrected owner Jose did not fix the charge. Please stay away from this location

Kelly HI rented a 10-foot unit and it was not available at the time I went to pick it up, the person in charge offered me a 15-foot unit with an increase in price, without authorization I added insurance which in the original contract I had declined.

winston mOnline times don't match the store times. For the sake of the employees and business owners it would be nice to have both match
ANDREW GThe truck had less than1/8 of gas and the gas light was on. So the first thing you have to do is find the closest gas station. The truck also has issues when you are putting gas, which is annoying. The truck was dirty in the inside.

All you need to do is not overbook your trucks so that on the day people are going to be stressed moving, they do not need to also run around town looking for a truck they supposedly rented a week ago online. That's all. Easy.
