No only because of area of city. Would be concerned leaving my vehicle there if I had a late evening or overnight move. Or if there was no one at the business.
JMarius LaMotteHave the employee there not add extra charges to your bill. I had reservations for a tow dolly. I was told the price would be $100.30. It ended up costing me $154.26. I ended up having to pay an extra $40 for safe toll which I did not want. But I needed to totally then. I did not have no other way to go I had to pay it.
William Mannthey offered to drive me back to my place which was 5 minutes away. That was really nice of them.

It was closed but we texted manager and took pictures to confirm it was returned. We have requested a possible refund even partial since it was returned next day to original location

Jason LaubscherThe location seemed like it was a junkyard. I suspect they were 50 or 75 cars many of which were not functional. There was a decaying mattress right next to the trailer I had to pick up. Additionally, when I went to pick up the trailer nobody helped me. I had the main handle a 6 x 12 trailer because it was jackknifed into a corner and I cannot get my truck underneath.

Ayres BradfordI was overcharged for the u-haul. It was only rented by me on Saturday, April 16, 2022 and returned back the same day and I was charged for an extra day. Will be disputing the charges. Poor customer service.
markisha martinI reserved a truck that was part of the Truck share 24/7 program so I could pick up before the location opened. I get there at my reserved time only to find out that I would have to wait for the location to open a hour and a half later due to the key being in the lock box because a previous renter dropped the vehicle off at midnight prior to my reservation. This 24/7 rental program is horrible and was by far the worst experience I have had with u-haul. The Owner of the location was great. It is u-haul’s 24/7 program that is horrible and needs to be discontinued until someone puts a little more effort into it.
