The lady that was at this location had no idea what she was doing. I had made my reservation a few weeks earlier and when we got to the store the lady couldn't find it. She had to start from the beginning. I feel she over charged me because I was supposed to have the truck for 5 days (November 3 to November 8) and she charged me to November 12th. At the time I was in a hurry so I didn't want to argue with her. I'm very unhappy with the whole experience.

I had multiple problems with scedualiing. I was sent to a location that was closed the day I was suppose to pick up. Called u haul Had the location changed and was told that %100 the location was open and the truck was there. That location called me at 5 pm and said that they did not realize that I had a reservation and the main office did not call them. Last month I had a reservation and the scheduling was bad as well. I do not blame the locations but the communication between your call centers and the locations is very poor so much that I am not sure if I would rent from u haul again

Keep appointment times for equipment pick-up. I went to 3 different locations to pickup rental truck that was not at schedule location. Maintain maintenance on moving dollies. One of The 2 flat rolling dollies I order was not available, and 1 of the two box dollies I rented was broken and did not roll properly. Pick time for truck, dues to U-haul incompetence was 3.45 hours late.
