Was over charged for my rental and was told I have a balance from keeping the u haul past 5 days which it was turned in before those days were up. I get a invoice saying it went past the date and it's 500 balance owed on top of what I already paid. I will definitely never use u-haul again because I sent them a email explaining all this and asking them about the situation. No response at all but just noticed today my account was withdrawn money without them even responding. If this the kind of problem you want after you just needed money to move then use u-haul. I'll be using hertz or some other company and will never recommend this company to anyone I know.

I really liked the self-check-in service. This was my first time trying it.

MARK DAbsolutely not. The Casher who waited on me never acknowledged me when I walk through the door. Very slow, non professional and un-friendly. When she finally gave eye contact, she acted like we were a bother for coming in. She never walked with me to the truck to go over the look, miles, or nothing. When I returned the truck, again never acknowledged me when I walk through the door. She just took my key and said ok, we will send you the balance in an email. Very concerning. I 've used U-HAUL several times in my life and I've never received service liked the one I recently received. If she does not like people, she is in the wrong business.

GEORGE GThe lady that was at this location had no idea what she was doing. I had made my reservation a few weeks earlier and when we got to the store the lady couldn't find it. She had to start from the beginning. I feel she over charged me because I was supposed to have the truck for 5 days (November 3 to November 8) and she charged me to November 12th. At the time I was in a hurry so I didn't want to argue with her. I'm very unhappy with the whole experience.

ASHLEY MI had multiple problems with scedualiing. I was sent to a location that was closed the day I was suppose to pick up. Called u haul Had the location changed and was told that %100 the location was open and the truck was there. That location called me at 5 pm and said that they did not realize that I had a reservation and the main office did not call them. Last month I had a reservation and the scheduling was bad as well. I do not blame the locations but the communication between your call centers and the locations is very poor so much that I am not sure if I would rent from u haul again
glenn dKeep appointment times for equipment pick-up. I went to 3 different locations to pickup rental truck that was not at schedule location. Maintain maintenance on moving dollies. One of The 2 flat rolling dollies I order was not available, and 1 of the two box dollies I rented was broken and did not roll properly. Pick time for truck, dues to U-haul incompetence was 3.45 hours late.
