Kim, Destiny & Mike were exceptional and the rental was easy and hassle free. They were pleasant and knowledgable.. I had my hitch installed by them as well. I will definitely rent from them again!

rayqwon sCustomer support needs more training. Made multiple calls to get issue resolved and kept getting transferred to new reps. Ended up loosing 3 hours of my time that I still paid for just to have the same issue at the time I had to return the rental. Worst customer service ever!
Karla AUpdate locks and or put a lil roof over lock boxes so that the locks are not in the weather.....it took me over an hour to get the app to work and then once it finally worked, the lock was rusty and I had to have my dad come mess with the lock cause it didn't matter what I did , it wouldn't open. And he even had a bit of an issue getting it open also. But other than that. Whole rest of the experience was good. Cust Serv rep was awesome and very helpful on the phone. Return was easy.
Crystal MI think there needs to be a better way of picking up a U-haul truck, the mobile app process is not friendly at all and either needs to be tweaked so it is, or it needs to go away because that whole process was terrible. It took me longer to check-in than it should have for me to start my moving journey
Tozanee SWindshield wiper needed replaced. We mentioned it and the staff didn’t offer any kind of solution, only a “I’m sorry.” Very difficult to see to drive. The inside of the cargo area was not swept clean. There were still things in the cargo area including a baby bottle and a pair of underwear to name a couple of items left behind.

christian nGreat customer svc, very helpful, but I somehow ended up with someone else's printed contract in my folder. I have it in my email though. Their info showed my selected drop off location did not accept drop offs...this turned out to not be the case when I called.

Joanne BThe last rental was terrible the truck felt like a safety hazard to rent. If I would’ve had the opportunity to not drive it I would’ve taken it in a second. I called the main number to voice my concerns and they were completely unhelpful suggesting that I not drive it and wait until the location was open. Obviously if that was an option to wait I would’ve done that rather than waste money on a terrible truck.

Kathleen GWas given the wrong trailer. I asked for a trailer for pulling a car. The trailer they put on my truck was to small and only had a 1,600 lb tow ability. I did use the trailer to help move other stuff. However I must still find away to tie a Chevy spark to my son’s new home.

Tyler KLoading ramp on brand new truck was much too short!!! Very difficult to walk up empty handed and using a dolly to go down is dangerous. Ramp was only about 6-8 feet long. Trucks I have rented in the pas had much longer ramps and were easy to use. Please install back up camera on new trucks.

Christian BI reserved a van, and didn’t get. They put me in a box truck that smelled like a hoarders house. The window was broken, truck in poor shape, had a bad miss in the engine.

John MThe brakes on the truck desperately need serviced. The ramp was completely unusable so we had to load everything up into the truck without wheels. The seatbelt for the passenger was shoved under the seat so we had to spend time digging that up. This truck needs work before its used again.

Stephen CWell overall I can say the truck didn't break down or anything on me. It was easy to drive despite me being a little nervous driving something bigger than my VW Jetta lol. Only thing was the last person left the inside completely muddy. Neither them or U-Haul wiped it down. Also the service tire pressure monitoring system was on and I even had to put air in a tire. Supposed to been 80psi, it was under 50! But I won't knock em. Got me where I needed to be the whole rental period.
