It's not related to the location so much, UHaul trucks seem pretty beat up these days. They could use a good leaning in both the driver cabin and back of the truck. And maybe some newer trucks too.

The workers weren't that familiar with the Ipad so check out and check in were a little slow. It was only a little inconvenient and certainly not a big problem at all.

I need the Can for longer than expected which I have a few times in the past with no issue,but not this time I was literally treated by Uhaul and also this location as if I was stealing the Van. Which is sad,because when extended You pay for the extension upfront. Very disappointed with Uhaul.

Your agent lied about the return time. I asked for 24 hours, but they only allowed for 6 and then charged me for two days and doubled the insurance charge as well. This is pure deceit and decrption

Staff were not prepared to check me in even though I'd selected that option in my order; I'd requested 20 blankets and they didn't have any -- had to drive to another location to pick them up; dashboard (presumably) had a fuse out so speedometer and gas gauge were unlit while driving at night. The one bright spot is that self-serve gas is always available at the location so filling up was much easier.

This drop off was new - just getting set up as a U-Haul site. Confusion and poor check in capability. An I-pad doesn't make it. On the other hand Chelsea the person that checked me in was excellent. If it wasn't for her dedication and commitment, I could still be there trying to drop off my truck.

I went to local UHaul. Told me to get Uhaul app. I Did, Very confusing but I did fill out all the information UHaul required. After many tries to submit which you would not accept. I got in touch thru Chat with a live person who helped me out with the info and said I was all set with my UHaul van at my local station, just picket up.. HA! Next day I went to pick-up the vehicle at 4pm and found out that I had to fill out all the info all over again: license, age, address, credit card, and so much more info.. OUTRAGIOUS! She said that was the rules. She started to put the info on the cell phone; however, she eventually got in touch with a very helpful superior who arranged the purchase and process all over again but by this time I had to cancel a pick-up because I was late. My next pick-up had no time limit. I can't believe that UHaul didn't send all of my info including time and truck etc., she arranged to the agency I was dealing with. Is this the way you operate? So ridiculous and disfunctual. Time for UHaul to reorganize renting a vehicle so that it would make it easier for one to rent from a local biz without going thru this process that you currently use. Sounds like everything I filled out wasn't sent to the local UHaul biz. All the folks I was dealing with were good people who helped me but the UHaul process isn't. That's my experience.

Initial checkout could go smoother. The tablet was not working well or quickly. It was not user error because I was looking over his shoulder while entering information. This is important to fix as there is only one person working at a time. Aside from that, everything else went very well.

I went into afib while unloading the truck. I let the location know on my way to the hospital. The location told me to bring a doctor's note when I talk to him from my hospital room. I was In hospital for 6 days and was unable to leave. My brother in law was able to take the truck back, but he location charged every fee that they could. This shouldn't be the way you treat customers.

I originally had a 7am pickup for a 26’ truck. I get to Trenton at 7am, the guy tells me he won’t have the truck until 9am at the earliest… so not only did I not get the vehicle I booked a week in advance, I also had to drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up the 20’ truck in Morrisville, just to arrive and have no one in the gas station working (mind you they were supposed to open at 6am and this was at 730). Just overall a horrible experience and would never recommend to a friend.

Poor customer service I have filled a complaint uhaul employee did not do their job poor management causing the authorities to be contacted I was harassed for 3 days.

Check in took too much time and the return check in took too much time. There was only one person working the store each time and they would take care of other customers when they came into the store.

The service and people were great and super helpful. The cargo van itself was disgusting. It had a TERRIBLE SMELL. We had to drive with the windows down the entire time on the turnpike. It was horrible and I am very disappointed that UHaul doesn't keep their vehicles clean (especially during COVID). The location itself was really great and the people were very nice.

Tire light was on when I rented the van, indicating the driver side rear tire.. I put air in the back right tire, but the light stayed on. I went to my local mechanic who checked all 4 tires' pressure. The pressure was fine on all four. So you have a van with a faulty tire indicator sensor. It was a bit concerning driving ~ 900 miles with that light on.
