Rohit SGreat service, very helpful and customer oriented. I looked for a special trailer for a week and couldn't find one. When I checked in, they told me that such a trailer just came in the evening before, and they switched everything quickly for me. One of the best U-Haul places I have been to.
Andreas TAgain, you changed dropoff from the one I requested. This one was only 15 miles out of the way, so in total I needed to drive 70 miles further than necessary.
Paul MOwner was very nice and knowledgeable. Parking lot is quite rough, uneven, and could use surface imrovement. Trailer was well-maintained and pulled well.
JOHN HThe lock on the back of the truck was broken an unable to be used. We are lucky that nothing of value got stolen.

Linda BI have no issues with this location. My issue is with UHAUL and your mover option. I reserved my truck initially near my house in Crozet Va. My original confirmation email detailed the proper location. Then I get a call from UHAL in Waynesboro Va telling me my reservation was confirmed. I asked them why i would drive over the mountain (25 miles) vs across the street. I was told its because I wanted a truck they did not have so changed the reserv to a truck size Crozet had. THEN, I went to pick it up and they could not help me because the gas station part was too busy. After an hour on the phone, your serv person got me one 15 miles away in the city. I requested a credit for the extra miles I was getting dinged for and they agreed. Then the movers I booked and paid for to help showed up 2 hours late. A call would have been nice but the service center I called was closed until 11 am EST because they are in Arizona..
ROBERTR SLocation is a bit of a scrap yard. But the folks were friendly and knowlegable. So no issues id still recomed it if asked
Joe DJust an fyi, the lower, right wood slat on the interior is dislodged at 2 of it's screw-in points. Also, there was cheetoh debris on the driver side floor, and i later discovered a chicken nugget and sauce packet under the driver seat.

FRED HWe were quoted $19.95 plus $11 for insurance. We were given the truck with 5/8 of a tank in it and returned it with the same amount of fuel. Our final price was over $100 with zero explanation for why the rate was raised or what the additional charges were for.

Dianne AConfusion regarding the time day we were expected to pick up equipment and the time of day the equipment would be ready for pick up. Facility closes in the middle of the afternoon and we nearly lost our chance to pick up equipment. Staff was not happy about staying late for our arrival. Otherwise a excellent experience.
DAVID SCheck trucks better. I had a four hour drive and it sounded like I was riding in a vehicle with all the windows down. There was definitely a lot of space between the door and the truck and that should definitely be checked

LUKE DThe location is unfortunate as the low elevation and poor drainage results in standing water and muddy conditions. Lots of pot holes and the paving is in poor condition in general. On a positive note, the app makes it easy to find the rental vehicle and check in and check out. I can totally see the benefit of using the app for picking up and dropping off after hours.

Alayna AThe vehicle had some issues. The check engine light was on when I picked up the vehicle. The drivers side visor is broken and hangs down in the driver field of view. Damage to the driver side door makes it difficult to close.
