I would suggest adding free wifi, or remove the password from the existing wifi. Maybe you gave the the password somewhere, but I did not have my paperwork when returning the trailer after hours. I could not get access to the web due to poor cell service from my carrier at your location. This made my equipment return cumbersome. I really appreciate that you were very well stocked with multiple uhaul options. I have never seen so many uhauls un one place before. The young man working there stopped what he was doing and took care of me immediately. I highly recommend this location.John C.

Cab had some used gloves and candy wrappers in it. Truck passenger side mirrors wouldn't stay in place, so it was difficult to see the passenger side of the truck while driving. However...the location is very convenient, and the app-based checkin/checkout worked quite well.David S.

After hours checkin was very unwieldy since the app was not linked in your email/order confirmaiton etc. I thought I was checking in but it's apparently another "app" altogether (uhaul share?) and not available in Android playstore. Thankfully Moose (Melinda Stargell) was available by phone even though it was long after hours and handled it for me. She's ACES when it comes to customer service. But your apps SUCKS and doesn't work at all.Doris G.

I have a extremely complaint to the people who answered my phone calls, they were so nasty. I called to say that I received a message from your company saying that I just have to pay certain amount and the only answer was you have to paid more than I expected to pay, according to the message I received ni email. I was transfer to the customer service two times directly from the representatives I was talking, but I stayed in the Irineo twice for more than 35 minutes, but nobody answered. I became extremely frustrated for this situation. Hence, I hope that you may have a better comunicaciÃ³n with the customers like me. I hope that when I rent anything from you I will have a better experience. Thank you and take care of my message.Luis M.

The check in was hard because without a wifi connection, this location is kind of a dead zone. Also, the ap says that the vehicle number is â€œbottom left side of the vehicleâ€. It's not. It's the top of the van. That should be changed to reduce. infusion.Katherine H.

On making initial reservation, I was informed my desired equipment was not available at any of the four locations in Charlottesville and someone from U-Haul would call me. But there were plenty of trucks on the lot all through the reservation date to the pick up date. This was very disconcerting as I had commitments to meet. It was not until the day before that I received the call. This is a U-Haul caused problem and does not reflect upon pick up location.David J.

I was overcharged by one day on return, which was only discovered after I left Mooses and received the emailed receipt. I called Mooses, and they said they were unable to correct the overcharge. I have now spent additional time with U-Haul customer service trying to correct the overcharge, which is still not resolved. Regardless of who is at fault here, it is an unwarranted pain-in-the-rear for me, the customer.Daniel N.

The inside of the windshield was filthy Low tire pressure light came on almost immediately. One tire had 20 pounds more pressure than the rest. The parking lot for this location is mostly potholes. I chose this location for convenience.JOANNE M.

Mooses is a busy place, but they always take the time to give you great service. The staff is efficient and provides great service. Our issue with this rental was about Roadside Assistance. When we had the trailer loaded and ready to head home, the lights didn't work. They did when we picked it up, but something happened during the trip. I filled out the online roadside assistance form around 8:45 PM, and sat on the side of the road for a couple of hours waiting, but there was no reply except a text that they received the form. I had to make other arrangements to get home. When I woke up this morning, there was a text and voicemail from after midnight, but by that time I had cancelled the request. A huge and dangerous inconvenience. Roadside assistance needs to be more responsive. Again, Mooses is terrific and they did everything they were supposed to on their end.David H.
Might wanna check the transmission on that particular truck. I noticed the first two gears shifted kinda hard. RPMs went up high before shifting to next gear.Shawn C.

App said we weren't at the right location even though we parked in the parking lot. Then App kept crashing. Took us almost an hour to drop the truck and keys off. At 10 pm after a long day of moving and we had a 3 hour drive home. NOT FUN. Call wait time was 20-30 minutes. App Chat cut us off "We haven't heard a response from you in 3 minutes; good bye." While trying to take and send pictures...VERY frustrating. All the other aspects were great.Brian L.
