App attempted to direct me to secondary location (where ultimately there was no inventory). After significant delay vehicle was arranged at primary location. Large number of unrequested packing blankets (and their plastic wrappers) were in cargo area. I left those as I found them. Single staff person was most helpful but 4 or so customers with similar problems spread his attention pretty thin.BRITT T.

Our business uses U-Haul vans every week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. Thankfully the folks at Moose's are regularly onsite since your app is basically useless. Broken glass in trailer from previous customer ended up cutting into some plastic bags and spilling some of my aquaponic media. I like being able to drop the truck off by following the directions on line. It was easy and no contact required.Melissa H.
1. Shifting of the automatic transmission on the truck was quite rough. 2. Should have employees wear some sort of UHaul ensignia - hat, shirt or name tag. Employees were wearing jeans or shorts and a T-shirt making it difficult to know who the workers were.Roger F.

Mobile check in process was lengthy and confusing. We had to keep unlocking and starting the vehicle to get more info the app was asking. WiFi at the location necessary for mobile check in was password protected and it was after hours, no one available to help at 4 pm.Karen L.
Check-in process took 25 minutes, and for a 2 hour rental, that's 25% of my time. The mobile check-in required the "approval" period, and I was stuck waiting for the "approval" of my reservation, which I had already made online previously, for too long. Good equipment, but terrible systemization. Please make this a more efficient system.Donovan F.

We were supposed to pick up at another location on Rt. 29 near the airport but the equipment was not there and we did not receive a call. Luckily another customer was in a similar bind and was on the phone with Richmond and gave the person our name too. She called us and got us reassigned to this location. The service at Moose's was good but the poor young man was alone and was very buys but the truck was waiting hooked up with the trailer when we arrived so good job on his part.Steve B.

I was charged for going over the extra miles that I did not chose this place and didn't know that this would occur when I dropped off the trailer for my vehicle one day and the Uhaul the next. I didn't want to have to travel around with the trailer hitch when I no longer needed it. I dropped it off after hours or I would have gotten to talk to someone about it.Patricia S.
I had a real struggle trying to return the truck. I logged into the uhaul website and could not get it to recognize my location. It could seems unnecessarily complicated to have to log into the website to be able to return the truck. I would have preferred to just drop the keys in the Dropbox and leave. Also, the van had no visor on the drivers side. It was ripped out of the roof of the cab of the van.MARYKATE D.

The Uhaul employee the did the sale provided me with great customer service, polite, and the check in was fast. I am totally satisfied. I also liked that the property was spacious; I had more than enough room to pickup and drop off my rental. This young man was great! He answered all of my questions. Did not receive any confirmation of my rental until 730pm the night before. Got a text saying call to confirm, but despite multiple attempts no one ever answered. Spent half an hour on the phone with Uhaul before receiving that text trying to find out if I had a truck or not. Unacceptable and very stressful. To top it off, I ordered 3 dozen moving blankets and was charged for them, but the guy at the counter simply said he didn't have that many. He said you can take â€œtheseâ€ and let us grab more off the back of another truck, but it was only 24, not 36. We inevitably ran out and didn't properly protect some furniture which of course is now damaged.Joseph C.
