Wamidh SMoe saved the day, he was outstanding and helped to accommodate my moving & fix the horrible situation caused from a huge SCREW-UP reservation & awful customer service by the U-Haul service over the phone. They were overbooked and sized down my truck without notification, then sent me to Moe’s location with the same wrong smaller size truck, after I Uber myself there!! It was a nightmare domino effect with the loading & unloading crews cz I only got the right size LAST truck available a day later . Moe IS THE GUY!!!

HENRY HThe overall experience was fantastic, but the only concern I had was that the air pressure was low on one of the tires. Not sure if it is just an issue with the monitoring system. as the driving experience was not affected. I would definitely rent from this location again!

Jim SVery friendly. Site is not at location. The trailer I rented had no jack so I had to figure out how to get it off the hitch at drop off by myself. That was difficult for this grandma. Convenient, but I will not rent here again because of that.

Kyle BThe representative was very kind and helpful but the drop off location itself was difficult to navigate/find a spot. In the future, I’d recommend the logistics experts (U-Haul customer service team) to recommend better drop off points. Especially when they know the customer (me) has a 25’ long truck + an auto transport. The road I was directed to park on was narrow and there wasn’t much room. FYI for the future - The U-Haul team should pick the closest, most realistic drop off point; not the customer
