The staff at Meffert’s are The Best. Courteous, friendly and efficient. The trucks are always clean. I’ve rented here several times and will refer others to them.

David MThe whole experience was a mess. The van was dirty and covered in dog hair, there were dirt clumps all over the floor, the van was not full of gas when picked up, the before and after hours website was not working, so I had to wait until they opened to pick up the van. The guy working there was also trying to attend to a gas station and convenience store and had 3 Uhaul customers that all had the same website problems. I returned the van 12 hours early, but could not use the after hours Uhaul website as it was not working. The rate was $100 higher than what was quoted on line and I even used fewer miles than what I intended. All in all a terrible experience. I will find a better option next time I need to rent a vehicle for sure.
Charles SThis gas station location is a new site and staff are not trained on u-haul system. The gas station attendant does the u-haul rentals behind the gas sration counter. U-haul 24/7 app has many errors and requires intervention from headquarters to do your pickup and return successfully. Allow 30 min for pickup and 30 min for dropoff so you don't get frustrated. Prices are good so there will be some bumps in the road.
MARK KMake sure if it’s a 24/7 truck that the key is on the truck because customer service is very slow on helping you. First agent waited 10 minutes and she was in a hurry to end the call and second agent waited 20 minutes but was helpful
Joseph WThere were some dolly and pads missing which I paid for when I went to pick up the truck. It would help customers if all is ready at the time of picking up the truck. Also, I did not receive any notification how Uhaul is going to proceed with the refund of the missing items that I paid for. That's little disappointing.
Jason CThe gas station isn't set up for uhaul. If the owner was able to have one employee that would work a full shift it would be a little better. This location worked in the pinch I was in, but I probably won't use this location again. I forgot the name of the manager who worked for the gas station, but he seems like a total clown anus.

Craig GIt took over 40 minutes to checkout the truck and I had movers sitting around getting paid for nothing. Even the owner had problems with your website. Quick checkout on the app was a joke because it never did work.

tom eThe only problem is that U-Haul’s system goes down a lot. Reference # 3936987 The location can’t control this. We rent from U-Haul often and all the locations have issues with the system
