I scheduled pick up for 8am. I had to call several times to ask him where he was. Location is filthy, very shady. He finally showed up at 8:20. Meanwhile I'm standing in front on the sidewalk, feeling very uncomfortable about my surroundings. I will say tough, Alli was very kind, and very respectful.
Carolyn CI had a certain quote on my first initial reservation, when I asked why my receipt was more than what I reserved it for. The employee told me, "it's just how it updated I have no control". I have no choice but to follow through as I was on a time crunch. Not very helpful, and ended up paying an extra 100 more

Anmol SThough I was there in the middle of the posted hours. For a Sunday (9 - 3),, the yard was locked up, and I had to leave the truck on the street and the key in a lockbox on the gate. Not really a problem, but I'd rather see personnel to complete the transaction. Tried to put 'not applicable' to several questions on drop off, but survey won't allow it (why have the choice on the survey, if it won't accept it?)
Carl TGreat customer service and very convenient location. Most important is the attitude and extra miles this location went to serve.
