Be more specific about minimum license requirements and maybe educate yourselves on the difference between new brunswick driver’s licenses. i was denied because i didn’t have a class 5 license. class 7.2 is virtually the same license with no restrictions but i was denied service because the numb nut at the shop was an inbred hillbilly

Claimed there was no reservation (I had received the confirmation via email that it was reserved)but offered a rental in Sussex or Oromocto which were under two feet of water(storm caused floods). I’ll carry my property before I ever rent from this business again.

David STruck had a dolly, mats everywhere and a piece of a bed frame in the back when I picked it up. I refuse to be charged for someone elses mess. Someone else’s boxes and paperwork inside. Honestly I’d rather not even be charged for my quick little trip at all. I’ve never been in a dirty U-Haul until yesterday. Eww
Jodi LSeamless pickup and drop off. I filled out checkin info online prior to pickup, which made everything go so much faster. Van was brand new and very comfortable. Even had all wheel drive! All in alll a great experience
andrew kMake sure the truck is in good working condition before renting it. The truck wouldn’t start when we went to move and then had trouble starting again when we went to return it.

Artem SIf I hadn't taken a picture of the kilometers before I left I would have been charged more kilometers and I wasn't very impressed with that. Also what I filled did it cost $20 which wasn't very much but I only went 30 km so there's either something wrong with the fuel efficiency or I got swindled on some gas! Also the vehicle itself was not clean in the sense that it was very dusty but I mean there was no garbage in it.

Shawn GI was very disappointed with the service I received at this location. The woman who was working there was very rude to myself and to others who were also waiting for their trailers. She was not professional at all. When I arrived at the U-Haul office to pick up my trailer, there was several people ahead of me. I waited over an hour to get my trailer. After I drop the trailer off on Sunday night, the woman called me at 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning (I was still sleeping as we had a long day the day before, travelling over 5 hours to get back home) to tell me that she had a situation. I had parked the trailer in front of a half ton the night before. There was nowhere else that I could have dropped the trailer as the yard was full. After arguing with me that there were other spaces, she proceeded to tell me that someone was renting it that morning and she had no one to move it. I asked what she wanted me to do and offered to come back into town (approx 20kms) to move it. She said she wasn't sure what she was going to do and that she would have to call U- Haul and get someone to move it. I expressed that I hoped I wouldn't be charged extra if that had to happen. I asked again what she wanted me to do to help and she said nothing, told me to have a nice day ( in a very gruff voice) and hung up on me. I still have no idea why she chose to call me and explain all that to me. I would not recommend this location to any friends.
Sharon DWe made a reservation for 9:15 AM and only received our trailer at 10:20 AM after waiting in line for over an hour with only four people ahead of us. There was only one person working at this location on Labour Day weekend, which is when most people are moving their children into university.

Mohammed Jreview your mileage charges which I feel are too high. based on my final bill to go a total of 70miles and a comparison of 2 other rental agencies I did after the fact as i assumed uhaul was the most economical it will save me between $25-$40 to rent a cube van from another rental agency next time around.

They need more inventory and better communication. People at this site were very friendly to me and helped in all ways possible. Allowing their personal issues (stopping the check out procedure numerous times to text and do other such activities) to get in the way including a personal fight with the other worker.

First the vehicle I was promised wasn't available when I called to try and adjust my pickup time, secondly the alternate truck I arranged for with a new pickup time also wasn't available when I arrived to pick it up, so I had to drive an additional 20km to this location instead. I was promised a $50 refund because of the guarantee when I called in about it, but I still haven't received that and was charged the full amount to my credit card.

John FBooked online, then when I went to pick it up the lady at the desk was EXTREMELY rude and first accused me of making my reservation "while sitting in the parking lot". After she checked the computer and realized that I had reserved it in advance, she then accused me and my friend of planning illegal activities with the U-Haul truck. My friend walked out and went to the car because he was tired the rudeness, so she then started saying "Oh he's nervous, I've seen this before. Something is going on here, that's suspicious." On top of all that, she made me detail my exact destination and stops along the way, calculated the distances using google maps and then charged me a deposit of 100$ more than the actual U-Haul price. I felt like I was in a police interrogation and after being questioned for 20-30 minutes I was finally able to get the truck, but she made sure to threaten that if she "caught me doing anything illegal the cops would be called" I will NEVER rent a U-Haul or go to this place for any kind of service EVER AGAIN. The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. U-Haul should be ashamed and should not be allowing this business to be associated with their company.
Bryer MNot happy with UHaul itself as I had reserved 24/7 service. Received an email confirming it on July 14th for rental on the 30th. Was not communicated to the branch and it delayed my move until the location opened at 10. I had reserved for 9.
Jill KU haul had not been cleaned after last use. Front had coffee stains all Over cup holder, back of U haul had not been cleaned, had cigarette buts and loose pills ok floor. U haul door was extremely hard to open.

DICKSON LThe woman that does the rental paperwork is incompetent, the computer is out dated and dysfunctional, and the whole process takes about half an hour what should take about 5 minutes. This process was the same for the customer in front of me, and same for the previous time I went to this location. Very frustrating and unnecessary.

She eventually resorted to calling Halifax to process this! At the drop off, she was very rude to a customer that she was serving while I got there and did same to me. I wondered if it was because we were both black colored men? She will ruin the business if allowed to continue.

Mathieu CI would highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone looking to rent U-Haul equipment. Andrew and Jen are always friendly and helpful. When I picked up my van I wanted an auto transporter trailer as well, and even though there was not one at the Millidgeville Service Center, they kindly took the time to call and find one and arrange for me to pick it up at another location nearby. Wonderful service and I will definitely be renting here again.
