Kenneth WLocation is almost impossible to find. It's a tiny place where the person in charge seems not knowledgeable and takes forever to check you out. It was almost 30 miles from where we unloaded the truck whereas there was a clean decent large UHaul location less than 2 minutes away in Greenwood. Shelbyville where the Miller location is, is a poor lower class type town and GPS directs you through small scary streets with run down houses and some boarded up. I was really afraid to be there and I had to wait in the truck for the attendant to return from somewhere else. At least put the drop off location on a main street near the highway
Marilyn EIt was difficult to get ahold of the customer service representative. He was very nice, but no one was there when I arrived and I had to call the number many times. I ended up calling the Uhaul parent company in order to get in touch with them. It was also difficult to park.

Penny MI was taken care of over the phone and had everything scheduled in advance, keys and truck were ready for pickup when I got there so I was able to just hop in and take off. Great customer service, thank you!

BRUCE SMr. Miller is a good man. He was customer-oriented at the pick-up and return despite being quite busy. Very attentive and helpful. I wish more stores were as customer-oriented with their service as he is.

Would not recommend uhual all together as a corporation. 0 stars you guys suck. $400 to move my grandmas things who just lost her husband two weeks ago and I don’t even know how I owe the $400. Makes me sick.

Heather MRefund the deposit immediately I have waited for 3 days so far and still haven't gotten my deposit back will never use uhaul again and going to make a point on social media and as many places I can that this is BS!!!!
Brandon REverything was great except for the fact, we were charged an after hours fee and we dropped it off the night before we were scheduled to. It seems odd to be charged a fee to return the truck early! It will definitely make me re think using u-haul again!

Derek PMore guidance that once you drop the truck off that there is a a check out process on your phone from an earlier text . Did not notice it until I was a few miles away getting gas in my POV . If I wasn’t doing that I would have not none to do that .

Norman MIt was all fine. We were late bringing our rental back. It cost more than I expected.
Debi DEmployee is was overall very helpful, but didn't check that the lights worked before I left. After I had arrived home I realized there was a problem and had to go to another UHaul location to get it fixed. Added a lot of time to the process.

Ronnimariah MI was supposed to pick the vehicle up in newcastle indiana and had to drive a hour out of my way to get this vehicle that uhaul was supposed to have where I ordered it then didn't offer me any gas reimbursement or anything along with it Place I picked up was nice but uhual as a company and the customer service side is absolutely horrible and the people on the phone that I talked to at the main office didn't give a shit about me or my needs or how it made my trip even harder
Joshua LHands down one of the worst experiences of my life. Was issued a truck with no passenger side mirror. It was the only truck available in our time frame and had no choice but to take it. Drove over 400 miserable miles with no passenger side mirror. 0/10 would not recomend.

Justin HBox truck was good overall performance of the damn thing sucked did not like it wasn’t kept clean on the inside when you look at it from a different direction and there was like slobber stuff all over the dash it’s totally unacceptable to me
JOHN SI initially reserved equipment for my local area. I received a call the day prior stating I would have to drive 15 miles to another town to pick up my car hauler because of the unavailability of the equipment I reserved. This caused me to drive my towed vehicle to the other UHAUL site. Was not happy. I would suggest that UHAUL conduct better better maintenance on their equipment. I had to borrow lubricant for the ratchet straps ratchets on the trailer. They were barley operational. Not a happy customer
