I was told that if I wanted to return it to another location that was closer to my destination then I would be charged a $100 fee so I was forced to drive back to the location causing an inconvenience. Great staff, but horrible policy.

I was told that my bank, Chime, was not really a bank and I couldn't use my card for the van but I could for a box truck. I was told, and I reserved a hand dolly but there wasn't one available so I had to take a roller. I had to also give two references. I've never been treated like that in renting anything. Completely sub par. No way I'll go back or tell anyone to go there.
The interior was filthy and had long hairs near where you plug your seat belt in. Other than that the interior was fine. My issue is when I went to return the truck I was told I was good to go by handing him the keys. I wanted proof I returned it in good condition with no issues. They make you sign a contract that you are liable for a 35000 dollar machine, but won't give you anything stating that the contract is over to protect yourself. I had to call support who then called an area manager who called them and told them to check it in. After waiting in the parking lot for nearly an hour I finally got confirmation it we returned. What a complete waste of time.
If I had not precheck I would have gotten charged for stuff I had not done..that wasn't pretty reported
