I hate the virtually customer service. If I wanted a contactless pick up I would have used the app. I would not rent from this location or any U-Haul site using this technology. Also truck had tire maintenance light on.

George IDidn't like that no one inspected turck after to make sure there was no damage. The phone app does not work and i cant get a copy of the bill from the web site.

CORREY TThe customer service was amazing but I returned the truck Saturday evening and the card has been charged again. I didn't keep it until the next morning at 9am I brought it back the same day bc we finished and I took pictures bc the app wouldn't work so I didn't know exactly how you all would know I returned it and I filled the gas tank and have that receipt and picture and as well. But again the customer service was amazing no problem there at all.
Coretta GYour U-Haul almost killed my family. One of the tires started to come off while in transit. Every lug nut on the tire was loose.
TRISTAN RJust need to inform of mileage cost for local and state. So we can plan for this additional cost. Don't put it in small letters.

Lee BI took pictures of the gas gauge when I first got the keys. But you said there was more gas that what there was in there. $8.00 worth. I feel I was unfairly charged.

Steven GRear box door is difficult to close. The interior was dirty and the steering wheel was sticky. The driver's door was difficult to close. This is the first time I rented such a dirty truck

David HI recently utilized the services at U-Haul (or U-Haul at Midgard) on Camden Road. The service provided by the young ladies on staff was excellent. They were professional, helpful, and made the experience smooth. However, there was a bald gentleman who was quite rude, which was disappointing and detracted from the otherwise positive experience. Overall, my experience was good thanks to the young ladies, but the rude behavior of one staff member was a letdown.

Cody TThe representatives were amazing, but our truck had a check engine light on and when braking the large truck pulled to the right. Luckily it was a close move, otherwise we would've had to cancel our move/movers. The braking issue almost caused an accident- unsafe with a full truck

Larry JThe employees who originally assisted me were friendly and professional. Due to our daily driver being out of commission, we ended up needing to extend the rental another 5 days, each day paying separately. After 6 days, I had an issue with my bank card, and it could not be charged. The employees I spoke with about the issue again were professional and understanding. On the 8th day however, seemingly out of nowhere, I started receiving harassing, unprofessional and threatening text messages from a different number than the one I had been communicating with. Even after I had already spoken with the OTHER (professional, understanding employee), and informed them that I would be returning the vehicle that same day, this OTHER individual threatened to report the vehicle stolen to law enforcement! They texted me, and I quote: "Well no response, now stolen done." I replied, "I did respond," (as I had already spoken with the ORIGINAL employee as stated above)...the response from the rude employee (assumingly a supervisor) was, "Not to me," and "get returned ASAP." I then sent screen shots of my conversation with the other employee, and the "rude individual" backed off a bit... but was still "short" answering "Thnx," etc....HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! They even said "I'll call deputy and put hold on stolen." WOW! To continue with the threat of calling the cops after I was literally on my way with the vehicle??? Better business bureau here I come! And to top it off.... just because I dropped the van off at 6:16 pm (which had been "okayed" already, as they close at 6), they had the nerve to charge me for a whole other day!!!! After threatening that the police would be called the day before!!! Now they want to chargee another $300+??? I DONT THINK SO!!! Working on my "unfair and deceptive trade practice" complaint for the court immediately following my other formal complaint filings! Its unfortunate that the two employees I WAS working with have to work under a supervisor like that... who for some reason believes they own Uhaul themselves... the individual sure doesn't seem to understand that having their job is a privilege.... and I intend to remind them of that!

Carla WThe only negative thing I would have to say is that the van smelled horribly of cigarettes. Perhaps offer non-smoking options because it gave me a headache. Other than that the location and ease of pickup was amazing.
Jane OUhaul prices are outrageous. They advertise one give a different price when reserving which is acceptable with taxes and other charges. The price then doubles from the reservation price at time of pickup. These charges should be shown before pickup.

Christopher SThe only issue, but wasn't really an issue is the vehicles you rent should really be updated. Manual roll down windows, locks, no screen to us a GPS. It was very uncomfortable and we had to travel to handle my daughters move.
