Having one person getting the vehicle pulled up to go and the rest of the employees checking in/out of the vehicle by the time you have waited to process a half hour or more has gone by! The office doesn’t open till 9:00 or later if it’s a Sunday time is important if you’re on a schedule Not everyone has the capabilities of going on line to do the express It would be better to give the option of coming in the day before to check in (in person) then the day of just signing the paperwork and leave Next day rental paperwork could be right there in a folder to be pulled out and signed Eric was very helpful in processing out

I have been charged for an extra day because the employee didn't checked in the truck as promised. I called for a refund but I don't see it posted yet. I will wait few days. A part from day, the experience was good

My experience with customer service at this location has always been great. However, Truck was in the worst condition I've ever driven. Seat Gave me back pain before i even began. Dent and scratches all over, damage Inside, engine was shaking and making loud noises and cracks all over inside. The door even leaked when it rained. Not very happy. Giving 4 stars because of service but experience not what I'm used to at this location. Otherwise it would receive 1.

Did online reservation for 9am. Stood in line till 940 before I got my van. Absolutely rediculious, understaffed and not ready for business. I almost didn't make my appointment. Also, when I got back again to return van, I had to wait. ????

Truck was not parked in front, but in the back behind the locked gates and I had to wait in line just to notify someone to find the truck. This negates the whole purpose of the TruckShare check in process.

Although the rental rates were fair, we thought that the 99 cents per mile charge was excessive. What happened to the rates that included mileage? Paying almost 50 dollars for 2 - 3 hour usage was excessive.
