Windows were down.. the whole day and nite very cold.. couldn’t get them to roll up.. unpleasant experience.. very disappointing.. Because of the cold air,.. not feeling well, will never use you guy’s again… worst experience ever!!!!!

The only feedback I can provide was the cupholders and dash shelves were dusty and dirty, I had to wipe them down myself because they got my things dirty coming into contact with those surfaces. Other than that I had a great experience and would rent for this location again.

Vicki WDirect staff not be on the phone while waiting on customers. Not to yell at their coworkers in front customers. Especially if the coworker is in training. Make sure to check that the gas level on the truck is the same as what is on the paper (I end up paying more money for this error). Check out the truck before customer leave and return. Provide a receipt once the customer returns (I Iasked for one but did not get it). Infom that they don't have to talk loud on the phone so that all customers are silently waiting on them for help, including the person that is being trained. If it was not for the staff in training this would have been a worst experience. The training staff was polite and did the best he could under the circumstances.
D HI requested contact less. Uhaul did not provide this location with a box for me to pick up vehicle. So I had to leave after checking in and come back when location was open. The worker had to work at another facility across the street. So I then had to wait until 9:30am, and I was there at 8:43am.

Saint CI ordered a furniture dolly and another heavy duty moving dolly. This location didn’t have them, so the attendant just deleted them off of my order and didn’t mention it until I called back and asked if they were in the truck. They told me that I could go get them from another uhaul, which like, I could, but that does nothing to address the problem that I was about to go move a household and now had no dollys.

VANESSA ATruck was dirty in front of cab. Truck was dirty in back and a handful of nuts bolts and screws from previous use. My visa was charged twice for the estimated amount and employee at location couldn't resolve nor explain why. I was given 1800# to call. So far truck has cost me triple the actual cost that was on my receipt from drop off and emailed.
Jessica PPrevious reservation was cancelled without any requests from me but before it I had a call for confirm my reservation and everything was good…and also in details was wrong time/place to pick up. Anyway I did a new reservation and everything was good! Thanks for quick and friendly employee from 1195 Atlas road, SC!

Luz SFor starters, there was 1/8 of a tank when I got it, but the rental agreement said I needed to return it with 1/4 tank. Also, since I had to put gas in it first thing, I had no idea how much to put in for my 150 mile trip. So I returned the truck with 5/8 of a tank. The rep did mention that I would be credited $7.50 for returning it at 1/4 tank and also said additional credit would be given for any gas over that which I did not see on my final receipt. Also, the truck was not clean inside or outside when I got it. I returned the truck with a half tank more than it had in it when I got it. If it's a 33 gallon tank, I gave Uhaul 16 gallons at $3 a gallon back and only got $7.50 back. Seems like a $40 credit would be appropriate. Make this right please.
Jason Sordered a 20' truck but got an "upgrade" to 26' which was harder to maneuver and guzzled more gas!

Matthew GI had no issues at the Midgard location, HOWEVER, you should look into your Red Door location. I made an online reservation to pick up at Red Door location (the one with the laundromat). The employee at the front desk was either drunk, high or sleep deprived (or all of the above) she couldn’t function enough to look at her computer, find my reservation and give me my keys for a 15Foot truck. She kept saying she has no trucks available and my reservation wasn’t there. It was very frustrating experience! Luckily I drove to Midgard location, not far and the employee was able to give me a 10foot truck (although to small for my household goods) it was better than nothing. Please inspect your Red Door location, in Columbia 29209. She was not well.

Claude BHi there, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience on Saturday, 2/12. A $50 refund is completely unacceptable. Uhaul completely dropped the ball and sent me on a wild goose chase from 10am to 4pm to be able to transport my stuff. I went to 4 locations just to finally get an inappropriately sized truck. My initial reservation was incorrectly booked by uhaul, and I was directed to another location to get a truck. That truck was delayed in being returned by a previous rental, and I understood that wasn't uhaul's fault. However, I was told I would receive a call with an ETA from that location. I call almost 1.5 hrs later and am told "oh she won't be back with that truck at all today". I never received an update. Then I was directed to a third location where I was assured there would be assistance with a trailer hookup as we expressly said we didn't have any tools or setup for a trailer. That location had no such set up. Final location was a 20ft truck which was WAY too big and my furniture slide around. I had also originally ordered a dolly and padding and of course those were not included. You're telling me we drove around Columbia for several hours, spend all that gas, extra food, and I had to delay my moving assistance to get a $50 refund? My 5 hr day turned into a 12 hr day, and Uhaul dropped the ball 4 times throughout the day, with the exception of a very kind worker named Alh at your 1500 Charleston location in Columbia, who was handling everything there like a pro. I require a full refund. I have been very kind and maintained a respectful attitude with you all up until this point. You need to take accountability and fix this wrongdoing.

When I arrived for pick-up, the truck had not been returned so he waited and called me when it became available. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.
