My wife is handicapped and had a Dr Appointment later in the morning. I selected that location because it was 'accessible' early . I showed up and the gate was locked with no access. The office was closed so I left the trailer upfront. My CC in file was charged an extra $20 fee. No explanation - No text or call.

Corey DI called the location before dropping off the rental. My call went directly to voicemail. The call was placed at 1440 and went directly to voicemail. No return call. I called customer service and was told that the site was open until 1800. They told me that the site had an after hours drop box so I went. I arrived and there was no indication that this was a UHAUL drop. Nothing on the building said UHAUL but there was a couple of UHAUL vans inside a gated storage storage complex. I went inside the building and a person was there and told me that I was at the correct spot and was able to assist. I would suggest that phone messages be returned and proper signage be placed on the building.

John Wcharged me the wrong price and wont refund me the difference . the truck was leaking from the axle and the trailer was missing a break light assembly and a hitch pin. worst experience ever
william sSelf check in was ridiculous. Took 35min. The look on the key box was VERY difficult to get open !!! The van was very dirty inside. Cigarette ashes on the steering column and trash left in the door NOT SANITARY AT ALL

brian cThe people running this location are beyond good, they are great. They assisted me in the use of the equipment and were there to guide me when we returned it. The only things that could be improved were to update Apple Maps to properly find the location and to work on expanding or coping with the tight parking lot. Neither of which reflects poorly on U-Haul or their staff. Thanks to the team at Midgaard II.

Paul WTrailer had a patched roof that leaked, clothing that got wet had to be rewashed, The inside of the trailer had broken flower pots dirt and pea gravel I had to clean up.

VICTOR TThe second side door of the van did not open making my moving experience a nightmare. The dealer was aware of the issue yet did not let me know. I had to find out on the day of my move. I think there should have been some compensation because of this issue.

Nicholas AOverall our experience was good, except for the trailer not being at Bonita where they originally said it would be and we waited for over 30 minutes for the store to open which never did open. Then realized it was clear down in Naples. Still do not understand why they changed it to that location.

Sylvia RThe agent I rented from told me the tank on the van was full and to return it that way. I was not given a copy of the contract at that point. After driving 3 or 4 miles I realized the gage was at 7/8 full and I assumed the gage was inaccurate. I drove the truck a total of 64 miles and filled the tank with 8.85 gallons of gas which seemed like a lot for a van. When I returned it and complained I was told that I should have looked at the contract emailed to me where the gas level was referenced at 15/16 full. I was never told that the contract was emailed and had no email available till after I returned the van. When I complained I was told that that employee wouldn't be around long. No offer was made to credit me for what ever gas I put in in excess of what the van should have used for a 64 mile trip. Not very good customer service where a $12 credit should have been issued based on 13 miles per gallon. For $12 U_HAUL has a very dissatisfied customer. I'm objecting to how this was handled, not the fact that it cost me $12. Philip Zacks
Philip ZYou charged me six dollars for gas incorrectly because I can show you on my credit card that before I returned the truck I put six dollars of gas in & returned it to the original level of a quarter tank. That’s not really good business to do to your customers.

They went out in pouring rain and got absolutely drenched just to bring the trucks around for the customers with a smile and without a single complaint. That is what it means to go above and beyond for customers. Those guys deserve a raise, a bonus, or some kind show of appreciation for their hard work during that storm.

JOSE UThe problem was I wanted a 24 hour one way rental. We were told because of the holidays. If we could not get the rental back in five hours, then we would be responsible for a three day rental. Felt like we were forced to pay extra money $50 for a one-way drop off. Honestly, I feel like we should be credited back $50.
