I was very pleased the gentleman working the desk/counter at this location - he was 100% willing to help with me. He was very helpful and took the time to do his best to "override" the 24/7 UHAUL technology/feature. As noted, I was using the 24/7 UHAUL rental feature/system and it isn't 100% functional, yet. It isn't "user friendly." I called UHAUL's "technology help desk" in order to modify my phone's settings - so my phone could upload images of the rental van. Leslie (UHAUL phone help rep) wasn't very helpful - and actually became frustrated with me when I asked clarification questions about her instructions that she was providing me during the call. In short, Leslie appeared to be "going through the motions" of her job - and she wanted to "move on" from my call with her. She left my call with her and she, regrettably, never returned to our call and left me "holding on the phone" without providing any help with my technology problem. Leslie needs more UHAUL customer service training and coaching on how to interface with customers/clients who need help with UHAUL's non-friendly technology (i.e., 24/7 feature). Again, the gentleman at the counter was a pro and he "saved the day" by overriding the 24/7 system thereby allowing me to secure my rental van (after 50 minutes on the tech phone call). Thanks... CDC

I have only 2 concerns is I found several at different times nails and broken drill bits in my parking space that I had to pick up. The lot needs to be blown off more often. Also, I thought the monthly rental was a little high for outside storage but ended up paying it as they were close to my house. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. Will most likely use them again in the future.

David LAir pressure in the tires was low and I was missing the furniture mover I requested on a Sunday pickup and they were closed. My move was very difficult because of this.

MARK DIt was my first time and the experience was very pleasant. Especially, the gentleman that was taking care of the trucks outside was absolutely great. He was patient, helped, and showed me how to operate the vehicle since it was my first time and I was nervous. To answer your question on how to improve, I think is best that when the truck is returned during office hours, office personnel should check the vehicle, mileage and gas with the customer at the time of return. Why let customer leave and check later? Why not verify then so there is no confusion and both parties agree… anyway, I didn't have any issues with my invoice when I received it and I would use the service again if I need to. ¡Gracias!

Ryan HI did not take the unit. I wanted the month free with a U-Haul rental and was informed it was not a U-Haul facility. Even though even this web site is bordered by the U-Haul logo.

Youyan ZExperience was okay. The U-Haul application was not great. It took over 20 minutes to just get it to work when picking up. My drop off location was also changed without me knowing. I have a confirmation email that has a different drop off location than the one it was changed to on the day of the rental. I had to drop off at the original pickup location, which was thankfully still within 20 minutes of driving distance.

Corina MThe people at this location were fine. The app to return the vehicle did not work. It froze up multiple times and would not allow me to enter information to return. I had to call the 24 hour service 4 times to get it returned. I won't use again because of this issue. (Also, my step son said he had the exact same problem with this app).

Julie CHaven't needed a U-Haul in a while. The speed, ease of use, and convenience of the online check-in really made for a great experience.
Ronald WI picked up the truck and the gas tank was HALF full and I was told to refill it only 1/2 full when I returned the truck. However, I was running out of time and could not fill the tank back up so I allowed you guys to refill it and I was charged for a FULL tank of gas,, despite not using even close to that.

Karina VThe Van rented was very dirty outside - bird poop everywhere and the windshield was full of bug kill - had to clean it when home so could see properly. The tire pressure warning light was on at time of inspecting before taking - talked to the lady and she said it had been inspected on Monday, 8/28 and was cleared as okay. The indicator stated 59 psi passenger side, rear tire. It was lit the entire time and by that evening stated 58 psi; the following morning 57 psi.... I have rented at this location before. I have not run into these issues before. They should really make sure that their equipment is "ready" before a customer arrives. Customer should not have to inflate tires and clean windows so they can safely drive a vehicle they are paying to rent.

SCOTT HWe have rented a UHaul from here before and the same size (15'). The first one was a pick up and drop off different location and this one was pick up and drop off same location. However the one we just booked had a dolly and bag of blankets zip tied to the truck, taking up valuable space that we couldn't use. If we snipped the ties to get the items out for space, we would be charged. Was this because this truck was for a local move (hence why the items were in the truck)? We chose not to get the dolly or bags, but they were in the truck anyway taking up space we needed to move. I wish they weren't there at all.
Brandion BCustomers are tired after moving. Requiring them to submit pictures upon return is a bad policy. It's just transferring the work the location should be doing to the customer. It's enough to make a customer not want to rent from U-Haul.
