On my reservation I wanted to drop off at a location in 3Rivers, MI; not sure why that location was not available when I picked up the uhaul in TN. Had to waste another 2 hours round trip and more gas to drop it off here.

DARREL DMitchell came out and met me in the parking lot, and got both truck and trailer checked in, in short order. Very friendly, and efficient.
JOHN SApp had issues at check in getting location but thankfully website did not. Uhual spot was great though.
Caleb MLady there was not friendly at all. She was constantly complaining about not wanting to do rentals on Saturday. I felt like she was mad she had to do anything to help me.

Alyssa BThe employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was while driving down the highway about ten miles after picking up the truck the passenger side window blew out. I thought someone had shot at me (it was that loud). But the glass exploded to the outside. Very bizarre as there were no vehicles in front of me or behind me. Nothing in the road. I immediately called the vendor and they offered to let me use a larger truck they had on the lot at no additional charge. I opted to continue on with the rented truck due to no danger and no inclement weather. Very thankful that i was not injured and especially that my wife was not along at the time. Again, very bizarre. Had never seen anything like that.
ALFRED BI was a little disappointed that the renter did not let me know that I needed to go to an app and check the truck back in on a Sunday to not have the after-hours charge. The $20 isn't the issue but how it was handled when I called to inquire. Sometimes It's not what you say it's how it's said.

Kameron BSelf-service platform for checking out/in vehicle is fairly challenging to use; probably more so for less digitally-savvy people. I'm glad I had my son with me.
Robert HThe team at U-Haul called my and recommended a drop off location closer to my home than the location I picked. I loved the proactive action on the part of the U-Haul team.
Justin RKim acted like it was a inconvenience for her to try to rent us a vehicle. Was not friendly, another gentleman kept showing her what and where to enter the information at on her computer… when I followed up on the return, and asked if everything was satisfactory to them. That it was returned in the same condition that we received it, except we filled the tank up. Immediately she said, well you won't get paid for it. I told her, I didn't say I wanted to get PAID for returning it with more gas than what in it when we received the vehicle. I was letting her know, that that was the only difference in returning the 10" truck…. Then I asked for a paper printout for my sister, as she had paid for the rental and wanted a copy for her credit card. Kim said, you'll get the final charge on your email… I went to my vehicle and called Jacob (area representative), told him in no uncertain matter my displeasure with Kim at MGM.. I went back inside, as Jacob was calling Kim and told Kim if our conversation on wanting a paper copy. Kim asked Jacob HOW DOES SHE PRINT ONE OFF!!!! Why didn't Kim tell ME that she didn't know how to use her computer to print a copy!!!!! I would have came back when there was someone available who knew how to…….. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE…. Kim does NOT have ANY PROFESSIONAL SKILLS…

Todd BEnsure the equipment is inspected prior to renting to customers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, trailer equipment was not safe to rent to customers.
Jefferson CThe truck needed an alignment when I picked it up and also the driver side door would not close properly. Was still able to use the truck and my moving experience was great! I always use Uhaul.

mike sThe truck was very well maintained, however the cab was full of dog hair and it smelled like a wet dog. Once I opened the windows it cleared out pretty well. However, the truck was very nice especially the cruise control was very handy.
Michael LI can't believe that in 2021, a business still allows employees to smoke inside. The office was like walking into an ashtray.

charles sPlease remind customers to use the App when doing a remote pickup..,possibly a text message on the day of pickup reminding people to use the app for remote pickup and providing a live-person on the phone in the event the consumer needs advice?
Michael AEverything went smoothly. I wiped entire cab, seats, steering wheel, and floor with clorox disinfectant wipes to make things cleaner for everyone. Thanks again
