Tell the truth. I was told to bring it back with 3/4 tank I did that and was still charged. When I called they said I had to bring it back with 7/8 of a tank. My girlfriend and I Cleary heard the man say 3/4 of a tank. To charged me afterwards is bullshit.Shelaire W.

This location does not clean their trucks. I reserved a 15 foot truck. There was 2 on the property. The on I reserved had trash and other things in the back. It was disgusting. I called customer service and request to change trucks. The switched me to the other 15 foot truck on the property. When I went back to switch keys with the gentleman inside, he acted like he was shock it was dirty but I could tell that he knew from how he looked when I told him. Then when I got back to the new truck I was switched to, it was dirty. It was already 30 minutes past my pick up time. I went back inside and told the gentleman that the truck new truck was dirty and there was trash inside back of the truck. There was a large 80in TV Box and some other trash. With us being in a pandemic and UHaul expressing how their trucks are cleaned and sanitized after every use, I'm sorry to say that this location doesn't do that. They had someone to come out and sweep out the back of the truck and that's all. No sweeping out, cleaning or sanitizing the front compartment where UHaul customers have to sit and touch things that the previous drivers and guests had to sit and touch. I dealt with UHaul for years and this is the worst experience I had. If this is how UHaul allow their locations to do, then I will have to take my business elsewhere.Johnda S.

Train the employee to use the U-haul computer system. He claimed he did not have the ability to modify the allowed mileage for the rental despite 3 other locations in the last month being able to add the 10 miles necessary to make my trip. He was generally rude and short.JOHN D.

This was my first time renting a U-Haul. The man who was working at the desk was incredibly rude when I had questions about the rental process. I would rent from U-Haul again but not from that location.Ashley R.

Just better customer service. I'm blessed I have common sense, but I am sure others were lost. There's no signs indicating where to drop off the uhaul and there's no Dropbox for the key so I'm glad someone was in the office.Celena A.

Inside of truck had mud all over the floor board. The back inside of truck was littered with a dirty hand truck and nails. I had to sweep and mop the back of the truck before we could even start our move.Shana R.

If you tell a customer they won't be charged for a day of equipment is returned by midnight, that should be honored, regardless of if the employee that stated that was wrong. I am a Uhaul storage customer and have spent $2500 in the past year, so I was assuming the discount mentioned for using a Uhaul storage facility would be honored but this was wrong as well.Robert C.

I went to pick up my rental at 945 for 10 am and didn't end up with it until almost 11 because they couldn't get signed into their system. Wasted over an hour of my moving time and lost some of my help. They sent me elsewhere then I was sent back. Huge hassle.Jason O.

The U-Haul was very dirty both inside and outside. Amidst so many concerns of virus and cleanliness, cleaning the equipment should be a very high priority before handing it over to a customer.Anoop A.
After having an experience from HELL with the Uhaul corporation, the guy said he would get to it in a few days. I asked if he could give me some sort of paperwork to show it was turned in on time and not damaged I'd appreciate it. He told me I had to wait 30+ minutes because their primary business (Meineke) was backed up.Dan E.

It would be beneficial if there was some way that when a customer "purchases" packing supplies, that if the place the rental is picked up at would have the needed packing supplies. When I placed my order for boxes and packing paper it took my order, but when I went to pick up the truck and boxes,they did not have ANY inventory on supplies so if I needed them badly I would have had to drive across town out of my way. UHaul needs to come up with a system to check with the location for supplies. (Even the gentleman I picked the truck up from said that it is frustrating because when an order is placed, supply availability at the location is checked on.)Linda D.

Very upset on two counts. First, having my reservation changed the night before pickup, on a Sunday when I couldn't do a thing about it, from a location 5 minutes from me to one a half hour away. Second, I was supposed to get an upgrade to a 20 foot truck "for my inconvenience" but the new location had no 20 foot trucks available. Unlikely I will ever risk using U-Haul again.John K.
