The location was great but the reservation was not in their system and it took almost an hour to get the truck.ALBERT M.
When I rent the trailer for a one way trip, I was given a location to drop it off. When I called them before taking it to the location, they said they were full and could not take it. They said take it to Mckeithen Hardware so we took it their. They said if I drop it off their, U-Haul would add a charge for dropping off at different location. We drove another ten minutes to the original location and they still wouldn't take. We waited about 15-20 minutes while they called someone at U-Haul to get it change to Mckeithen Hardware. So we turned around and drove back to the hardware. When we walked in they took it but could tell they weren't happy because their lot was full too. I believe we got in between a pissing match of the two locations. All in all, it wasted about an 1 1/2" of our time going back an forth to return the trailer (in better condition than we got it). We were not happy... AT ALL. As far as the trailer. It pulled fine and all the lights worked.Shawn H.

Workers at this location changed my reservation twice. Both times telling there was nothing that could do to change it back. So both times I had to call the uhaul phone number and get traffic to fix it. I will say the people at traffic really help and where very nice. The workers at this location need a LOT more training.RAYMOND L.
I am a unhappy customer! The reservation was for 1:30 with Midgard Storage and no one showed up so I had to call and get another truck. Because we got started late I had to return truck to another location and it cost me double what I was quoted. There was also supposed to be 3/4 tank of gas but was only 1/2 tank so don't charge me for gas. Very upset. Brenda ClemmonsBRENDA C.

Only gave four stars since I checked trailer in with employee who failed to close out my paperwork. I revived call two days later asking where trailer was! That was a little concerning but fortunately they remembered me and quickly identified the trailer where I left it with their employee. All was good and they got me taken care of and I will definitely be renting from them again in the future.Matthew M.

This cashier inside was super nice and friendly but the young man who came to unhook the trailer was rude to the cashier inside and was rude to me. He also criticized the people who had hooked up my trailer and my home town where I had rented the trailer. His attitude was so bad I was shocked and embarrassed.SHERRI S.

I was supposed to be able to pick up at six when I arrived at 6 o'clock y'all sent an email saying I had to wait for the store open so it cost me three hours in my day and nobody whether it be from U-Haul or from true value seem to care at all I will not be using U-Haul ever againMICHAEL H.

There was a charge for additional insurance which I never requested. I explained that I would be dropping off after hours and was told that I could use app or notify the location the next day. I could not get the app to pull up so I called the next morning. When I did, I was told that I should not have dropped a trailer off after hours. I have rented several U haul units in the area and have had absolutely no issues. I will never use this location againGerald P.

Absolutely scummy management to call me after returning the U-Haul and tell me I cracked the windshield. I drove it less than 4 miles. I didn't damage the truck at all. He completely changed his tune when I told him I paid for the insurance. He was trying to con me out of money. What a piece of crap human being. I'm utterly disappointed in his professionalism and service. Disgusting.Stephanie W.

Not a good experience-place w picked up from in Statesboro didn't know what they were doing-waited over 45 min to get trailer(had to move by 12)-couldnt modify dates at the site so got charged for extra days although made it clear I only needed for 1 day-told me to call but takes at least 45 minutes to reach a Uhaul rep-terrible, bad business and no communication. Almost took the loss bc didn't want to deal with this any more. Decided to call-waited another 45 minutes to talk to rep about refund-have to call back and wait another 45 min or over today to get refund-ðŸ¤£crazy no good reviews from me-know you don't care-should be ashamed being a multimillion company and scamming regular peopleDONNA W.

Do not use the location at the tire king in statesboro for the 24/7 if after hours. The location beacon is not accurate with the location, wasted nearly an hour and a half before getting my location switched thanks to awesome representatives on the phone. Once switched, activating the rental was quick and easy, except there was not a dolly that I ordered in it. I do not recommend using the 24/7, too many issues with pick up and return (website would not let me complete return process after repeated attempts) of rental equipment (in person is much better, never had an issue when done in person).Crystal V.

The return went pretty smoothly. A slight glitch when the store's computer was unable to access the U-Haul website online, but the young man checking us in was able to accomplish the task by using the U-Haul app on his smartphone, and I was provided with an email receipt to my phone before I left the store.CHARLES W.
