Service was great, simply hook up and drop off. Drop off after hours is available if needed. Friendly staff.

During the application process I was specifically asked if I wanted those items and I said NO. That location has people who decided to close up at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. They couldn't be bothered to call and let me know that they closed up and wondered off into the sunset. If a company closes at some crazy time like that, when the rest of the world is working, they should call the customers who have reservations for that day, and let them know.

We passed 2 other Uhauls and I had to return to that place nobody was at? I'm calling my Credit Card company to fight for money back. Online it said I can return my truck back to Rochester and get $175 back...

Leonard M.This site was the third location I was sent to, even though I had made reservations weeks ago at another location. The first location had a trailer in an accident and I was directed to another location where at the last minute I was called and told my trailer was not available.
Steve M.I have rented three U-Hauls in the last 3 years the last that I rented I had requested a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly and both times when I went to pick up the truck neither of them was there. During our recent rental we ended up not being able to move quite a few pieces of our furniture when we intended to move everything because of this. My significant other and myself both have shoulder issues so those pieces of equipment would have helped a great deal. Now turn around and rent another truck in a few days and hopefully this time we will get the equipment that we asked for so that we are finally able to have all of our belongings in our new home. I figured since this is the second time that this has happened to me I should probably say something so that you guys are aware that it seems to be a regular thing. Brianne H.It went so smooth :) I did the paper work online so it was nice for me and for the guy that was at the counter. we was out of there so fast ;) The guy was so nice too. I would not go anywhere else now.
