Provide the correct truck that was reserved in advance. Do not take 2 hours to get truck ready. Have the gas on half of tank not near E when giving to the next customer.

He charged me for gas $16.50 for 3 gallons? How is that even possible? If gas were $5 a gallon it would be $15, but its not. And also I did add gas, I only drove it for about 10 miles. I knew when I dropped it off that he would try to do something sneaky, because he didn't want to check the truck immediately, he said he would do it tomorrow dont worry, I asked for the receipt, he said its ok dont worry email tomorrow, he tried to sneak in some extra money. I'm not recommending this place

I know this is no one's fault at the pickup location but the truck I picked up was completely blocked in by two other trucks and a car. I had to use a guide to get out and it took 20 mins just to get out of the parking lot. Fortunately there was barely enough room to squeeze out behind all the vehicles, jumping a curb to get onto the road. There should be a warning for people to ensure they're not blocking in other vehicles.

Vehicle was old & paint missing, but clean. However the engine light came on twice & both mirrors weren't properly on door. They swiveled all the time. Huge safety hazard when driving. Had to pull over & buy tape. We told him when we got back & he took care of the problems & gave us a small credit

I specifically wanted to checkout in person and not via the app. This is the second location I have arrived at only to have the attendant tell me to install the app and checkout that way. The first time I canceled and went to Penske. This time I could not afford the time so went ahead with it - next time I'll just schedule with an alternate provider.

I don't think this would be an issue with the local U-Haul location. Probably just need better communication between U-Haul corporate who I assume controls the web portal and the local franchise. I asked for a furniture dolly and had reserved it. However, when I got there he said they don't have them. Additionally I was charged $20 for an after hours service fee. Why? I dropped the key in the key box. What was required by anyone other than me? No one else but me did anything "after hours"

Place was closed, looked out of business. I contacted Taylor where I picked up uhaul from and told her if my concern she advised it was fine as long as it's a drop box. She also asked me if other trucks were there.

Original reservation inputted by rep on N FL Ave loc, but p/u loc was changed w/out my knowledge to YBor City. From the time of p/u at 8 am to creation of online account at 10am, no notice received truck not available & orig loc changed my order to online 24/7 Share order w/out notice. Had to call Scheduling & was sent to N Nebraska Ave loc, where owner stated U-Haul had new online service that didn't have submit tab for my order. Owner had to input new order & cancel my original order. By then I lost 2 1/2 hrs of loading & helpers time. In the end, I commend the N Nebraska Ave loc Mgr for his patience and assistance. I am disappointed w/the terrible service received at the N FL Ave location & will not return to that location, especially when originally told to go in person & ended up w/online service.

Dropped off after hours, but trucks are parked on dirt, in corner under trees, and wouldn't necessarily want to pick up at this location. Don't know how good or clean the other trucks looked

I was charge for a dolly that was not in the truck and I didn't know this until I was at the store trying to pick up a dryer I returned the truck at 6:42 but was charge for extended charges the mobile check in didn't work for some reason. I was charge for gas when I returned the vehicle back on 1/2 tank. This will be my last time using Uhaul service

I dropped off the truck before noon, but the location was closed. I called before they closed and the manager advised me to put the key in the lock box. I let him know that I had pads, a 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler and he said just to leave them on the truck. I watched the video on how to return the truck and everything went very smoothly. I have been renting U-Haul trucks for several years and driving this 20' truck was very comfortable to drive over 900 miles from Cincinnati to Tampa. Thank you, James Hager

I told him did not have time to put the quarter tank back in because of rushing to make by 5 pm. He said no worry, then saw today he charged me 100 bucks for full tank. Not happy. Gas station accords road I offered to put a little gas to a quarter, he was quiet and just don't worry. Why not, he mad 100 bucks. Have your people clean windows and get front windows replaced. Dangerous.

The gentleman who did my contract at this location had an accent that was so thick that someone like myself who has lived & worked all over Europe and the US had a hard time understanding what all the charges were and when i asked him to repeat himself, it seemed like a burden to him. He seemed rude and upset that i was renting, but it could have been the accent that made it seem that way.

First of all, I had already checked in and the owner I presume had me check in all over again. Secondly, the truck was crap. It was absolutely pathetic to drive, use and move my stuff around. Cigarette stink, dirty interiors and pathetic cabin. I hope I never have to use u haul again ever.

Place was great, staff friendly. Worst running truck I have ever rented from uhaul. Just below 40 and 60 it pulsated so much it literally made me sick to my stomach. It was as if it was misfiring or something. Tried with tow on and off same result. Didn't even use it to finish move. Got stuff back to where I could drop it off and took truck back.

Poor customer service at this location as well as poor customer service from U-Haul representatives as well. They made our move difficult and did not even attempt to help us - we wanted a different drop off location and we knew this before signing the contract and picking up and the person who did our intake knew as well but continued to have us sign. If canceling the order was free, I would have done this before picking up and signing the U-Haul and started a new order since this location had plenty of trucks not in use. Additionally, drop off with mobile was very inefficient. The app was not working and the instructions were not clear on the website on how to let U-Haul track our location. I also tried calling customer service at this time and was on hold for 15mins and then I just hung up. I have been using this company for years and I will never use them again.

Our truck has a lock with a 4 letter code on it that we did not pay for. Because of this we lost out on a whole day of loading the truck because we had to wait and get the lock sawed off.
