I have rented a truck with you several times, but this time it was terrible, I had to go to this location but the owner told me that I couldn't rent it one way, because I would pay 300 or 400 dollars more, then I went to return it the day I It corresponded to me, and it was closed, I went to an agency, which was open and they told me to return it and that I had to leave it and use the steps in the app, with all this I had to pay for an additional day because the time had expired.

RALPH RActually let the customer know when you don't have any trucks available so that they're not wasting their time and don't send them to multiple locations without knowing if they have the truck first or the equipment.

Suzannah SI wasn't told to be expecting a text for early return check in . I was told the seller had a Dr appointment and wouldn't be there when I returned in a couple hours and to just put the key in the drop box. Communication is everything I also asked for a dolly and did not get it to use. So that's my experience. Now Im out of $20 for not responding to a text for a truck I had 2 hour and 20 min.

Michael RThe ultimate location was fine; however, I originally booked at a more convenient location. The night before I got a call moving the reservation to a less convenient location. When I arrived at the prescribed time, no one was there. I had to be re-routed to a 3rd even less convenient location. I paid for extras that were not provided at the alternative location, and my mileage charge was higher because of the location charges. I’ll just use Home Depot next time.

NIKITA DHe charged me for gas $16.50 for 3 gallons? How is that even possible? If gas were $5 a gallon it would be $15, but its not. And also I did add gas, I only drove it for about 10 miles. I knew when I dropped it off that he would try to do something sneaky, because he didn’t want to check the truck immediately, he said he would do it tomorrow dont worry, I asked for the receipt, he said its ok dont worry email tomorrow, he tried to sneak in some extra money. I’m not recommending this place
Randy CI know this is no one’s fault at the pickup location but the truck I picked up was completely blocked in by two other trucks and a car. I had to use a guide to get out and it took 20 mins just to get out of the parking lot. Fortunately there was barely enough room to squeeze out behind all the vehicles, jumping a curb to get onto the road. There should be a warning for people to ensure they’re not blocking in other vehicles.

Afzal KVehicle was old & paint missing, but clean. However the engine light came on twice & both mirrors weren’t properly on door. They swiveled all the time. Huge safety hazard when driving. Had to pull over & buy tape. We told him when we got back & he took care of the problems & gave us a small credit
Ana MI specifically wanted to checkout in person and not via the app. This is the second location I have arrived at only to have the attendant tell me to install the app and checkout that way. The first time I canceled and went to Penske. This time I could not afford the time so went ahead with it - next time I'll just schedule with an alternate provider.

Michael LI don't think this would be an issue with the local U-Haul location. Probably just need better communication between U-Haul corporate who I assume controls the web portal and the local franchise. I asked for a furniture dolly and had reserved it. However, when I got there he said they don't have them. Additionally I was charged $20 for an after hours service fee. Why? I dropped the key in the key box. What was required by anyone other than me? No one else but me did anything "after hours"

Thais CPlace was closed, looked out of business. I contacted Taylor where I picked up uhaul from and told her if my concern she advised it was fine as long as it’s a drop box. She also asked me if other trucks were there.
eden cOriginal reservation inputted by rep on N FL Ave loc, but p/u loc was changed w/out my knowledge to YBor City. From the time of p/u at 8 am to creation of online account at 10am, no notice received truck not available & orig loc changed my order to online 24/7 Share order w/out notice. Had to call Scheduling & was sent to N Nebraska Ave loc, where owner stated U-Haul had new online service that didn't have submit tab for my order. Owner had to input new order & cancel my original order. By then I lost 2 1/2 hrs of loading & helpers time. In the end, I commend the N Nebraska Ave loc Mgr for his patience and assistance. I am disappointed w/the terrible service received at the N FL Ave location & will not return to that location, especially when originally told to go in person & ended up w/online service.

Haley DDropped off after hours, but trucks are parked on dirt, in corner under trees, and wouldn't necessarily want to pick up at this location. Don't know how good or clean the other trucks looked
